Government Set to Announce Second Year of $1 Trillion-Plus Deficit

tax cuts help those of us who pay too much

tax hikes only buy people like obama the votes of people like you

tax hikes help nothing but politicians

so my side helps tax payers

your side helps greedy politicians

Bush is usually brought up because conservatives start criticizing Obama. If you don't want Bush to get blamed, stop criticizing Obama. Then nobody would be criticized, which is for the best.

Another great addition to that would be to include a law FORBIDDING government borrowing so that all spending would require a change in the tax rate. That said there's SO MANY problems in the economy as it stands that there's no simple solution anymore.

It depends on the intention... I don't suppose anyone has considered the possibility that the economy is INTENTIONALLY being shut down?? I mean, look at all the economic 'solutions' being presented... and there's NEVER been a situation where these proposals have 'fixed' anything... and it's a stretch to say that those in the white house and federal reserve don't know this to be the case, based on their own historical precedences... So, I don't view it as much of a stretch to at the least say that those holding the reigns of such matters are working to their OWN best interests and NOT the best interests of the population as a whole.
 
Politicians won't cut spending when their own career is on the line.

And hey, let's just keep things in perspective. If we're not ready to take some time and go join local/state rally's to change our system - just have a seat and put the dogs up, toss back a few tall cold one's and wait for the collective "kiss your ass goodbye" signal, which will be burning tires in large city streets, followed by vandalism, violent protests and a pinch of death/destruction.

Wheres your balls," blind side economic voodo'ers" you all ignore the 800 lb gorilla in the room( Loss of economic security) . Grow America goods and services and sell them from here use the revenue to I know- GROW YOUR OWN Economy! What are you economuic voodo'ers waitin for the Chinese to buy more treasuries? Hell they waited long enough for the collapse and besides watchin the west toil in their own failed greed thru government control and manipulation of the private sector. Probably is kinda satisfying when you see them - help you pull the wool over their own eye's.
