Change we can believe in, folks.
These waivers prove the farce of a Healthcare bill isn't worth the the paper it was printed on --- that mean 1 page, not mentioning the other 1,999 pages.
I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on whats being proposed here, hed agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute. - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

    They are without healthcare insurance.
What good will the insurance do us if we can't find a doctor to take us? Or if the govt. tells us to take a pain pill instead of getting a pacemaker because we are too old to qualify?
Many of the uninsured are that way because they made that choice, not because they can't afford it.
Others are uninsured because they are illegals.
Many could be insured but haven't applied for medicaid.
Yes, there are some who don't fit those categories. However,
we didn't need a complete overhaul of the greatest healthcare system in the world just because it needs reforming.
The HC bill is all about socialism and control.
Catawa is my favorite bleeding heart liberal.

Why are waivers, to prevent loss of coverage, even necessary? According to The One, no one was going to lose their coverage.
Not that I'm supporting healthcare, but there wasn't a part of that law which denied the use of waivers. So... You can't say Obama was lying about people losing their coverage when there's a method which he is using to prevent that.

Snappy come back. You do fail once again to come up with a solution. Looks like the only thing you can offer this forum is bitterness and catchy (not really) one liners.

You are correct. I did say healthcare when I ment healthcare insurance. There are approximately 50 million uninsured Americans today. I seriously dought they all chose to not have it or are illegal. When there are 350 million Americans and 50million are uninsured the system is failing. I dont agree with most of the HC bill that just passed but it also cant be left as is. I am very involved with the medical community and I can tell you its broken. Today its all controled by insurance companies and business. You have far less contol today than you think. Maybe less than under the HC bill.

To be honest its more expencive now when you consider what an uninsured patient costs they rest of us.

I agree that we will loose some controls over our healthcare and that bothers me a great deal.

You make a lot of snap judgements for a newbie. Notice how I avoided doing the same to you?

Shows character when you can address the content of the post, instead of simply whining about it.
