Reid on the Ropes in Nevada

Listening to her.

Her critics have admonished her for, among other things, deeming a BP fund of oil spill victims a "slush fund;" suggesting tea party followers will resort to "Second Amendment remedies" if Washington is not reformed; concluding that unemployment benefits have "spoiled our citizenry;" and blasting Democrats for pushing public benefits to "make government our God."

Sharron Angle Rewrites Policy Positions in Nevada Senate Race - US News and World Report

Not to mention her attack ads are as bad as any:

Angle’s Shocking - and Misleading - Viagra Claim | FactCheck.org

Angle’s Blame Game, Reprise | FactCheck.org

Not that truh matters mind you.

So a nut beat the majority leader in the debate. That tells me he should not be majority leader

Won't argue with that, but that doesn't make a nut any better for the country. We the people seem to have failed in Nevada to field a viable candidate.

Agian a freshman senator does not have the power the majority leader has.

That Minimum Standards Rule (idea) has been sorely tested several times - for example - Alphonse D'amato (R-NY) William Scott(R-Va) Larry Craig (R-Id) James East (R-NC) Ted Kennedy (c.1962) and I've heard Akaka from Hawaii at present isn't exactly a Mensa candidate.

Hasn't stopped you libs from re electing nuts like Kusinsch, Sanders, and the whole cast of Star Wars barroom scene you call reps has it?

Well, now there's an argument. If one side has a nutter, then we have to have our own nutter. Airborne!!!!

Well, that'll certainly be good for the country.

Doesn't matter. That person will still be representing and acting. We can't win as a country by this choice.

Angle is an Easy Target for some because the Tea Party syndrome prevailed in Nevada as well as at least 3 other Races for the Senate. Two weeks left and it's a Coin flip as to who Wins in Nevada, but just like the Kentucky race with a GOP edge but a dubious Rand Paul running - the Left and their Allies in the 4th Estate have focused totally because these 2 races are still salvageable and so is a Democrat Senate Majority.

So want a nut as majority leader and that is better than a freshman senator that has no power and could more easily be defeated the next election. You logic makes no sense to me.

The dem majority will be less in Janurary.

No, I think I've stated clearly I think we should have done a better job getting better choices. I have clearly stated we don't seem to win regardles sof who wins the election. We, or Nevada, loses either way.

I disagree. Get rid of Reid and this country wins

Like I said, Nevada and thus the country loses no matter who wins.

If it stops Obama agenda, and the agenda from fringe liberals now seen co opting the democrat party, then the country does indeed win.

Like I said, you put partisan winning over the country. I won't ask what the Obama agenda is, as I'm sure it's just mopre of the Beckish American non-thinker hyperbolic nonsense.

No they win when that nutcase is no longer majority leader

No, that also means the one representing them, bring things to their state, now has no power to do so. Anyway you look at it, they lose.

You hate whom you can't argue.....

No they win by not having Reid there. As for not getting more of our tax dollars means we all win

Why would anyone argue with stupidity?

We do with you

Good God man, stop with the Allensky stuff will ya? If Beck presents arguments that you just can't defeat, then admit it, I would hold far more respect than the childish tact you take here.

Just to point out here - that where Cadre's of Reliable Party Line Voters still do exist is among traditional Democrats MOSTLY. Some old line Blue Collar types still with massive resentments against those in the Corporate Suites for Generations and among Many Blacks and still (though diminishing) among Elderly Jews in NY/NJ & Florida. Individuals who might be comfortable per say but still ONLY recall tough times 70+ years ago in camped conditions in NYC or Philadelphia. These are descendants of various Needle workers/ Garment Workers etc. who have strong Union sentiments and think Rich Poor ad nauseum even if it no longer apllies to them or any of their Upper Middle Class Children. Grand Children/Great Grand Children etc.
