The best argument against democracy is a five-minute conversation with the average voter.

So I think that should be the last option.

Since there is a lot of inconclusiveness in this area, I don't wholly accept the course of action.

I have already done so. Feel free to chime in with something intelligent and/or relevant.

We certainly need more investigation, but it wouldn't be unreasonable to think there may be a similar difference the other way around. Not a certainty, but a good hypothist to start with.

They obviously changed their policy on the band uniform and graduation gown, so the policy can't change for this as well? Sounds like someone, most likely a parent, complained and the principle gave in to the parent. We'll all just have to see. Precedent in this however, suggests that the student would win if it went to court. Especially given the evidence that he was accepted as a male in every other school activity in which he participated.

And for you, that's fine. But maybe for someone else, they see it differently. Should you decide for them?

Ultimately it is the patients choice and I doubt most take it lightly.

When it may effect my insurance premiums, you bet I should have a say.

And when you have say a heart attack or say diabetes or (insert condition here) should people have a say in your treatment?
