    I might add that Article 134 of the UCMJ is a General article that covers anything that has slipped by the other articles of the UCMJ...............

    She's not alone the Air Force's first female bomber pilot, 1st Lt. Kelly Flinn, was charged with fraternizing with an enlisted airman, adultery with the civilian husband of an enlisted woman, and disobeying orders to stay away from the men.

    It does happen NP. I personally know someone who was busted for it from E-3 to E-1. He was single, the woman was a civilian married to another Marine.

    Of course there are exceptions to every rule but they are very rare...........I myself have never seen a case prosecuted where and enlisted man or woman were involved unless it was between and enlisted person and an officer where fraternization takes place and that is verboten............
