Christine O'Donnell: 'I Dabbled in Witchcraft'

She knows enough that she doesn't want the country in any more debt. That's the issue.

If you can't trust a person who can't tell the truth about her own personal experiences and finances, can you trust what she says she would do if elected?

So you're an admire of Saul Alinsky, another "community organizer", right?

Is the winning worth it?

I believe it was the Republicans recently who were looking for ways to use Alinsky's techniques, with a different name, of course.

For me, the best person is the one to vote for. If I lived in Delaware, surely O'Donnell wouldn't, couldn't be that person.

**Rolls eyes**

I seriously doubt she was "into" witchcraft when she was younger. A lot of monotheistic types like to claim they were into all this "witchy" stuff and how MISERABLE it made them and how HAPPY they were when they found (insert monotheistic religion here)! They seem to think it gives them some kind of street cred, like claiming you went to jail for a while so you know how to be tough.

I'm waiting for her "abortion" story.
Trust me: it's coming.

Oh and those that tried a little joint are potheads... Pfft... Just leave it be, kids are kids when they are younger and they learn and mature from their decisions. If she still believe in witchcraft, then we got a problem.....

I somewhat resent that remark, but I dont feel that trying to correct it would get very far

I dont give a crap! Just shut up and do your freakin job!!!!! I dont care if she had horse sex! Do your damn job well and keep your big yapper shut!

She's making it far worse by canceling appearances.

For crying out loud what's the big deal she was just a kid and she didn't go knowing what was up.
BFD. Big freaking deal

Tell that to the souls of aborted babies in Purgatory that she channeled back into this Earth as succubi that caused countless innocent teenage boys to suffer through nocturnal emissions because those demons were hungry for their man-juice.

you strike me as a decent person, you have talked to me with more deference than i've shown you

i appreciate that

if you think you're gonna dig up some kinda gop grudge over this ms odonnell, you plainly do not understand my side of the aisle

it aint gonna happen, everyone from bill kristol to chris christie to the funny dude in tennis shoes who cries, bush's brain included, just LOVES tea

it's refreshing AND invigorating

i don't know if we'll have enough red-clad chamomile consuming conservatives to capture the blue hens, but it will be close, at the very least

ms odonnell has a lot more rising to do

the fact that you have to dig so deep to uncover something so insignificant and of so little concern to the interests you perceive as ripping apart the party of lincoln is telling

and, like i said, the deeper you dig...

this IS how she arrived here, after all

it's getting clearer, on the one side you have a person who expressed some kinda quirky opinions as an emergent adult

and on the other, delawarians are confronted with a gentleman who at about the same age went to kenya where he somehow became convinced that "the ideal of america as a beacon of freedom and justice was not based on reality"

his "belief in free enterprise and the boundless opportunities to be had in america were largely untrue"

he emerged "distrustful of american power and willing to question the american notion of free enterprise"

of course, he was just kidding when he described himself as a bearded marxist

in times like these, people demand ECONOMIC FIX, and they are becoming close to universally convinced that the direction pointed by the likes of this mr coons and the incompetent klutz in the white house simply aint right

i don't know about delaware, but in 40 of our states, she'd kill him

it's the times that dictate these things

there's big stuff, serious concerns, on the one hand, and then there's the microscopic on the other, spitting and hissing that comes off as petty and personal

remember, the meaner you measure the more she augments

be careful

So you're admitting that Obama's time in that church doesn't matter. Good to see you be reasonable.

I admit it doesn't matter to the likes of you. After all, blacks can't be racist in the liberal world.

It's amazing how much Lefties give a **** about what Conservatives did as kids.

But it's amazing how little they look into say... Obama's past. That stuff didn't matter, all that 20 years in a Black Liberation Loon's church, all that time in Drug Culture, his childhood....

Yes, those witchcraft kids were setting off bombs or encouraging others to do so. They were mentored by racist witches too, and you can see that it is her core belief... the driving force in her life... much like Alinsky, and Wright are to Obama.

Barack Obama's training in Chicago by the great community organizers is showing its effectiveness. It is an amazingly powerful format, and the method of my late father always works to get the message out and get the supporters on board... Obama learned his lesson well.

Newsflash: college students aren't "kids"; they're old enough to get married and have kids of their own, or go get blown up in wars.

Additional breaking newsflash: nobody with half a brain cares whether O'Donnell did or did not practice "witchcraft"; we care that she still seems to believe that "witches" exist, even though she's purporting to be stable enough to hold a position in government.
Wiccans, by the way, do not practice blood sacrifice; according to her own statement about "blood" being "involved" in her "dabblings", what she actually "dabbled" in was not witchcraft but satanism.
I still don't care; it was the 80s. Everybody and their grandma were listening to headbanger music and carving pentagrams into their chests.
Again, the problem is that she does not brush it off as a ridiculous 80s cultural trend.
She seems to believe it was somehow real.
And that's pretty funny.

college kids are also old enough to go to kenya and return bearded bolsheviks with a blown out belief in american exceptionalism and free enterprise

so now we're gonna debate about whether there are or aren't witches amongst us?

pardon me, once more---LOL!

in times like these

you see, there ya go, there's your campaign

the one side is diminishing into meaningless minutiae, drivel, the other is speaking to america's overarching concern with THIS ECONOMY

and obamites and marxists are today's WRONG recipe

as for witches---dang, even i encountered em, quite a few---walnut creek, california, 1978 or so

they were terrifyingly real

have they all gone away?

phew, what a relief

You know what this made me think of - The Catholic Church's portrayal of Martin Luther (1547) as the Devil tempting Jesus. . . to get people to turn against Luther and towards the church amid the Reformation.

It didn't work.

Well this is difference. Martin Luther never claimed he dabled in witchcraft and the Catholic Church made **** up to smear him.

In this case the "martin luther" character admits to witchcraft and the "opposition" does not have to do much at all to smear her.. she doing such a fine job herself.

As for the case it self.. it should not matter, but being the US it probably will matter to the religious folks unless they can delude themselves to actually believe it is a conspiracy against O'Donnell. Along with the other comments and views she has, the Independents should be fleeing from her in droves, and you cant get elected without em can you now.

Whoops:

On September 15th Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, CREW, issued a statement concerning Christine O’Donnell.

“Ms. O’Donnell has had no discernable job for several years, and instead has lived the life of a professional candidate, using the generosity of her campaign donors for her support,” said Melanie Sloan, CREW Executive Director. “That may just be freeloading to most people, but it’s embezzlement for a federal candidate.”

“Ms. O’Donnell has demonstrated a disturbing pattern of fraud, lies and fiscal irresponsibility. On her campaign website she claimed to have graduated from a university years before she actually received her diploma – a mere two weeks ago. The IRS slapped liens against her to the tune of over $11,000, and records show that she has been essentially unemployed.”

“Rather, she has lived in her campaign office and makes a profit by renting out rooms – in clear violation of campaign finance law. Ms. O’Donnell also lied when claimed she had won two counties in her 2008 Senate race against Senator Biden and when caught, lied again claiming the two had tied. In essences, Ms. O’Donnell has demonstrated a total disregard of ethics and integrity.”

What are they thinking, these tea partiers? :doh
Are they truly stupid enough to put idiots like this up for public office?
All they're really doing is screwing the GOP; they couldn't be doing it better if we Dems were paying them.
Looks like we have a lesser of two evils again

17.Right Klik: Chris Coons: Deeply Flawed Candidate [New Window]
Sep 16, 2010 ... There's quite a bit information about Chris Coons' checkered past as it relates to the details of his shady campaign finance history. ...
Right Klik: Chris Coons: Deeply Flawed Candidate
While the Associated Press reports that Democrat U.S. Senate hopeful Chris Coons (D-DE) claims he “successfully restored his county to financial health and is ready to do the same for the federal government,” an examination of Coons’ record as New Castle County Executive shows otherwise.
In fact, by Coon’s own standard, he led the county from being “fundamentally sound” to the verge of bankruptcy in just four years, lamenting that the county was “18 months from being out of money” and “unable to operate.”
As New Castle County’s spending skyrocketed by 10 percent under Coons’ leadership, he shifted the burden for his irresponsibility to taxpayers with three massive property tax hikes of 5 percent, 17.5 percent and 25 percent respectively. In 2008, Fitch Ratings downgraded the county’s “rating outlook” from stable to negative because the county’s cash balances were decreasing under Coons’ reckless stewardship.

No Wonder Chris Coons' County Finances Are In Such A Mess
More from the inbox on Chris Coons' incredibly sloppy financial reporting in the 2003-2004 election cycle
Mr. Coons’ campaign disclosure forms contain numerous errors ranging from minor aggregate contribution calculations to violations of sections 8006(b), 8010(a), and 8012(e). Violation of Section 8006 is a class G felony, violation of Sections 8010(a) and 8012(e) are class A misdemeanors. These violations are outlined below from most serious to minor:

Violations of 8006(b) and 8010(a)

On October 28, 2004 Coons received 6 checks each for the 600 limit from 6 entities. 1)Red Gate II Limited Partnership, 2) Red Gate III LLC, 3) Red Gate IV Associates, 4) Rickman Firstfield Associates, 5) Rickman Piccard LLC, and 6) Rickman Research I Associates. These six entities share the same Maryland address. According to a 2003 Common Cause of Maryland report these, entities (and others) areessentially “shell entities” controlled and set up by William Rickman to take advantage of a loophole in Maryland’s campaign donations limits. In Maryland each business entity can donate up to Maryland’s campaign limits even if the entity is made up entirely of one or more persons who has already donated the maximum amount. This loophole doesn’t exist in Delaware. It’s closed by Section 8012(e). In addition to the 2003 Common Cause of Maryland report. Coons had notice of Rickman’s use of shell entities to make contributions in excess of state campaign limits in an attempt to influence Maryland legislators in a subsequent April 2004 Common Cause of Maryland report , and articles in the 2/4/03 Baltimore Sun ; 7/27/04 Washington Post , 8/5/04 Washington PostSaturday, August 30, 2008

This was just a taste of the violations.
Plus, he's raised property taxes three times.

I really hope O'Donnell gets a fair Witch-Trial. Not like in the Puritan days...

Puritan days? you are a few hundred years off there

Puritan days? you are a few hundred years off there

?? Joke or serious.

Witch trials began in the Middle Ages for Europeaners, earlier than that in other cultures - and still take place in some countries.

"Puritan Days" though often refers to a time in which Puritans in particular were a combatative or ruling force - waging war on 'witchcraft' - which coincides with the Middles Ages (Reformation era) to more modern times.

She was on "Politically Incorrect" 22 times. There's a lot more to come from Maher unless she agrees to go on his show.
Amazing, you'd think she would've been a household name long before now......

All I gotta say is O'Donnell better steer clear of Palin's Pastor Murthee, "Famous Witch Hunter"!
