Obama will not extend Bush tax cuts to wealthy

I would not use the word never, but far less likely due to the different conditions. The conditions at a corrporate farm make it more likely.

Want to prove that claim?

I gave a link earlier.

That proves statistically than on average the risk from a corporate farm is much greater than that from a family farm? Furthermore, not only would you have to prove that, but you would also have to prove that corporate farms have a risk level that is too high (too being very subjective).

Or you can argue theoretically for why this should be.

From the link I gave before:

conditions in factory farms are ideal for the spread of infection: “The propensity for a problem is magnified under the fecal particulate air in these industrial egg farms. What it does is it breaks down the immune system and creates openings for pathogens. If you were trying to design a pathogen-friendly system, you would go to a single species, crowd that species together, deny it fresh air, exercise, and sunshine, never give it a rest time—have it there 365 days a year, and feed it a diet that maximizes a minimal standard of performance, rather than maximizes nutrition or feed that is nutritionally superior. What I’ve just described is Egg Factory Farming 101. This is just symptomatic of the pathogen-friendly nature of industrial agriculture.”

Egg Recall: The Truth About Industrial Farming - The Daily Beast

That's the logical underpinning of the problem.

A report by the USDA estimates that 89% of US beef patties contain traces of the deadly E. coli strain. Reuters News Service 8/10/00

US pigs raised in total confinement factories where they never see the light of day until being trucked to slaughter: 65 million (total confinement factories are banned in Britain)

US pigs who have pneumonia at time of slaughter: 70%

Primary source of Campylobacter bacteria: Contaminated chicken flesh

People in the US who become ill with Campylobacter poisoning every day: More than 5,000

American turkeys sufficiently contaminated with Campylobacter to cause illness: 90%

Americans sickened from eating Salmonella-tainted eggs every year: More than 650,000

Americans killed from eating Salmonella-tainted eggs every year: 600

Increase in Salmonella poisoning from raw or undercooked eggs between 1976 and 1986: 600%

90% of US chickens are infected with leukosis -- chicken cancer -- at the time of slaughter.

Average lifespan of a dairy cow - 25 years; average lifespan when on a factory dairy farm - 4 years.

Short list: What's Wrong with Factory Farming?

•Large hog farms emit hydrogen sulfide, a gas that most often causes flu-like symptoms in humans, but at high concentrations can lead to brain damage. In 1998, the National Institute of Health reported that 19 people died as a result of hydrogen sulfide emissions from manure pits.

NRDC: Facts about Pollution from Livestock Farms

Factory farms attempt to counter the ill effects of this intensive confinement by administering continuous doses of antibiotics and other drugs to the animals. This "cost effective" practice has a significant negative impact on both the animals and the people who consume them. Veterinarians and animal protection advocates have long expressed concern over the conditions on factory farms, and now medical doctors are warning that the tragedy of factory farming reaches well beyond the farm animals themselves…

•Diseases: Raising large numbers of animals in cramped conditions leads to disease. Therefore, the animals are fed antibiotics in order to ward off diseases.

Also, animals are injected with hormones to speed their growth and some are even given feed containing animal byproducts.

This has led to humans acquiring antibiotic resistant bacteria, and diseases such as mad cow disease.

Factory Farms

I tried just to give you an overview, but none of this is secret. There are many sources reporting it and there is really not much dispute concerning it. I'm not a vegan by any means. Not even vegetarian. But, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the problems with corporate farms.

just watch Food, Inc. what you say is true.
