I can tell you first hand that hiring people is about the most expensive thing a business can do, so if you want people to get hired, increasing taxes to those that do the hiring is not a good idea.

By the way, these additional personal taxes will be recouped by the upper management folks by merely increasing responsibilities of a smaller workforce. Additional layoffs will ensue.

Therefore, by increasing taxes, you will shrink the workforce that is being taxed. Back to square one.

    Stupid.

Small business people, who create more jobs than anyone, do not outsource to China and India.

And if your ilk would stop with the unions, frivilous lawsuits, and undeserved wage demands, outsourcing wouldn't be necessary for large corporations either.

Unions are about 1/3 of what they were back in the '80s and union jobs are a good way to increase demand for products and services. One of the biggest problems today is that people must use credit in order to "keep up with the Jones'" and the Jones' are using credit as well. Pay workers well and they can buy the products you make - Henry Ford had it right so many years ago.

I don't buy the argument that corporations need to outsource jobs to other countries. I don't believe Adam Smith author of the Wealth of Nations would buy this either.

Really. Are you in China or India working?

    Enjoy your fail.
Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

Yes he needs to be a sweat shop worker to know that many manufactoring jobs have moved to China, that makes sense.

Go into to any store and see how many items are made in China or rather see how many you find made in the U.S.A. It doesn't take too much intelligence to know where our jobs have gone.
