'Tea Party' off Michigan ballot

i love it when radical Liberals claim ti have some kind of moral standing to rely on.

I also like it when Liberals claim themselves to be Conservatives and then attack real Conservatives.

It is true there are dirt bags in both parties that is why the Tea Party has taken root, it's time for change.

Hey.... that's pretty good.

The tea party took root in the dirt bags of both parties.

Re: Michigan Democrats Told Their Fake Tea Party Is Illegal

Yeah, election fraud is a small spuds deal for many on the left.

.

Im not on the left. And this kind of attempt at fraud or making use of a well known phrase or name, Tea Party, happens all the time. Its not national news.

Maybe this will help. It's good to know what your opponent is up to. Obama taught from Rules for Radicals
*******************************************************************************

Those principles are the ones that the late left-wing activist Saul Alinsky outlined in his 1971 book “Rules for Radicals: A Pragmatic Primer for Realistic Radicals.” Leahy’s book, “Rules for Conservative Radicals,” boils them down and scraps Alinsky’s more “amoral” suggestions. “The problem that conservatives have with Alinsky is that, for him, the ends justified the means,” explained Leahy. “I’m suggesting that we take the successful Alinsky rules, we update them and apply them to new social networking technology, and we execute them in the Judeo-Christian tradition.”

The idea that the tea party are using Saul Alinsky's handbook is laughable considering that nationalism, race baiting, mockery, spinning the press, playing on peoples prejudices, negative politics are just some of the dirty tricks straight out of Lee Atwater's playbook. Ya'll know who Lee Atwater is, doncha? He was Karl Rove's mentor.

I get the impression that trying to organize the tea party into a unified co-hesive movement is like trying to herd cats. So after the tea party uses Alinsky's tactics to create social instability, then what? Is it going to be like the Iraq invasion with no plan for the after math? We all saw how well that worked out, now didn't we?

Good point. I have an idea for a new soft drink and thought I would name it Coca-Cola. You don't think anyone would mind do you?

It would certainly matter to Coca-Cola, but to someone who isn't associated with that company and if the issue gets resolved immediately, its not a big deal.

If Coca-Cola was spending our money and raising our taxes, I'm sure it would matter to a lot of people.

Sad that you believe election fraud is no big deal.

There actually was no fraud, there was an attempt at fraud, and it happens all the time. Also the Tea party doesn't spend our money or raise are taxes. What I see is an just a bad attempt by someone, I don't really care who or for what reason, to take advantage of a well known name. Its something con-artists have used since the beginning of time, so its not news to me.

What if for example I set up an organization to collect donantions for political candidates by pretending to be Dem, Rep, or TP, and this money was going to go into my own pocket or perhaps to support another candidate/party without any knowledge or consent from that candidate/party. And then I was caught before I could even do anything?

Is that national news?

Attempted fraud is still illegal.

They were attempting to commit fraud on voters who elect the people that spend our money and raise our taxes.

You would be guilty of attempted fraud.

Is that national news?

Who said it was? It was published in a newspaper in the area where it occurred.

OK then we agree, sorry Zimmer was complaining that the New York Times hasn't run a story on it since they were biased towards democrats, I wrongly assumed you agreed.
