Read the Constitution, specifically the 1st Amendment.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

What's funny is that it makes no mention of the Judiciary branch saying it's off limits.

Now, wouldn't forbidding Muslims to pray when their religion dictates be prohibiting their free exercise?

Ya know there really is no reason for you to be condescending, sparky.

The establishment clause keeps your religion and mine too out of schools

And that's abusing the clause. It wasn't meant to silence religion in all things public. A church met in the US capitol up until the Civil War. Many who wrote and signed the constitution attended services there.

That's not the point, I'm hammering on the inconstancy of the left. Defending Muslim School Prayers, yet at the same time condoning banning Christian or other prayer activity. The loops IT has gone through to justify his backing this logical fallacy certainly are enlightening.

I'm pointing out that the very people who WROTE the Constitution did not agree with your, or this modern progress view, of the 1st Amendment.

    This is just blatantly false.

The only inconsistency is your posts. We are defending the rights of people to practice their religion in private and not sanctioned by the State. You have suggested that the State is allowed to sanction religion in school, which is ridiculous.
