U.S. Muslims launch ad to fight 'fear-mongering'

Where did Laila say that?

Right here:

I beg to differ.
Muslims do try and stop the causes of terrorism and motivates it.
We wanted a withdrawal from Iraq, Afghanistan, a solution for Palestine. Pakistan to control its borders .... if those aren't the reasons behind terrorism, then nothing is.

Muslims said to US and the West that entering Iraq etc. will have a blow back and radicalise generations. Did they listen? Noooo.

Right here:

As far as I'm concerned that is not saying what you are trying to imply. For every action there is going to be a reaction. And sometimes it is what is desired an sometimes it is not.

And yet, other religions get out of apologizing and condemning it when it happens to their religions, whjy?

Because, typically, they do something about it, vice make up excuses for it. Care to point out where the whole of Christianity made any excuse for Timothy McVeigh? You don't hear Christians claiming that if, "fill in the blank", wasn't doing, "fill in the blank", that Timothy McVeigh wouldn't have been forced to blow up the federal building in OKC. Do you?

However, our resident Muslim is saying that if it were not for the policies of the United States, there wouldn't be any Islamic terrorism. Refer to my post above for proof of that statement.

You're in agreement that it's everyone's fault, but the twisted ********ing terrorists? Surely, they're not to blame?

Yes I do they tend to bomb abortion clinics.

Before you bring up the nutcases that have bombed abortion clinics, they have been condemned by most Christians and Christian leaders (99%+ ?), and have been tracked down, captured and prosecuted by people who (most probably) are Christian.

But! Roger Clemens used steroids!

Right here:

I didn't say that.
Stop trying to lie about what I said.

And no I represent no one but myself
Try again at trying to use me as a representation for all Muslims.

That is what I meant, thank you Winston.

Sharia law requires "dhimmi" (non-Muslims who have submitted to Islamic rule and have paid the jizya - the poll tax - and and kharaj – a land tax) to wear special clothing, including a cloth belt, so as not to be mistaken for a Muslim. The Koran says dhimmi must "feel themselves subdued" (Sura 9:29).

Dhimmi - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Dhimmitude carries a variety of other restrictions, etc. Dhimmi are 'suffered to live' under the 'protection of Islam' but are oppressed and discriminated against in every sense of the word (far worse than blacks in "Jim Crow" days). Failure of any dhimmi to obey every single restriction of dhimmitude under sharia means protection is revoked and was an excuse, especally under the Turkish caliphate - the Ottoman Empire - for a progrom (like the genocide of the Armenians).

But, of course, Laila tell us Islam is a "Religion of Peace" (C) and tolerant, so I must be an Islamphobe because I am obviously confusing truth for fantasy...

Then, why did you say, "we", wanted a withdrawel from Iraq and Afghanistan and blame the US presence there for Islamic terrorism?

I don't seem to recall our presence in either of those countries, prior to 9/11.

By that logic, the Japanese were justified in there attack on Pearl Harbor. As were the islamofacists justified in the 9/11 attacks. Yes?

You ought to have the common sense to know no matter how many times I say "we" I can only definitely speak for myself. I have not been elected to speak for Muslims nor will I ever be elected or chosen to speak on their behalf.

Have you recallled US past dealings in the Middle East prior to 9/11 or have you "forgotten" that?

Oh no, US did absolutely nothing in the ME before 01, it just minded its own business and didn't fund Saudi's or Saddam or Extremists ... or flood Afghanistan with weapons ... Oh no. I must be reading the wrong history books because we all know the clock apparently started on 01 as opposed to the decades before

"we", means you're speaking for yourself? No ****?!?

Oh, puhleese, tell us what we did prior to 9/11 that warranted the murder of 3,000 American civilians. I can't wait!

Go read your countries own history.
Denial it ever had any role in ME before 01.

No, you tell us how you figger that 3,000 Americans deserved to die, because of American intervention in Muslims affairs.

So US had absolutely no role in Middle East before 9/11?
Got it.

The rest of your post, I will address later.....

Where was the intolerance of Islam in the west prior to 1983? Or 1948?

I believe you are seriously mistaken here. Much of the west has welcomed Islam with open arms and only recently begun to criticize it. In fact, I think much of the west has yet to lose its romantic image of the religion.

I didn't say that. I only asked for you to explain how 3,000 Americans deserved to die, prior to 9/11. I dare yer ass to answer that one.

What?
Only in the last couple of decades has the West accepted ethnic minorities and you expect me to believe it has always welcomed Islam?

Muslims have never historically been a problem but colonisation and Western interference in Muslim countries however much some people deny history, does play a role in the dislike toward some countries.
UK is not very liked in Iran and I can't say I blame Iranians considering we kept ****ing up their Governments and the country but that doesn't mean I'd stand for Iranians bombing UK just that I understand why we aren't Miss Popular

Then why do you keep dancing over that question.

US had no role in ME prior to 9/11 eh?

Are you saying that that role in the ME justified the murder of 3,000 Americans on 9/11, or any other attacke by Islamofacists, prior to 9/11?

Go ahead and own up; damn! I'm not the one dancin'.

Musta been that $43 million we gave to the Taliban that did it. That was under the Clinton regime.

You know how those Heroin Barons are, Clinton probably insulted their honor with that amount.

I hope you get an answer to your question, It should be classic firebrained leftist muck.
