You do know that Kermit Roosevelt hatched Operation Ajax, which remved Mohommed Mosaddegh from power in Iran? 1953? google it. Mosaddegh was modern Iran's first (and last) democratically elected leader.

Then there was the CIA funding of the Ba'ath coup in Iraq. LINK

The US has been bollixing the politics of middle eastern countries, both covertly and overtly, for 3/4 of a century. Middle easterners have a right to be pissed off and untrusting of the US. If a foriegn country had covertly done to the US a fraction of the crap our government has pulled in the middle east, you'd be calling for a nuclear first strike.

well, don't ask for proof of anything, it won't be provided. i didn't know harvard was in indonesia, though. and i thought obama's father was not a practicing muslim?
and didn't obama also attend catholic schools? and didn't his mother believe in a god? in fact, barbie's post is full of ****.

This goes back to my original point in the thread that people will make assumptions based on past experience and heritage. I guess because you are from Texas you're a cowboy that struck rich on the oil trade and every weekend you try to eat that 72 oz and big ole potato in hopes of getting it for free right?

Why is it that in another thread, referring to Rand Paul and his past excursions with drugs and youth you brush that off, but this is something that not only is bad to you, but you can't let it go?

People who accuse Obama of being Muslim have to have negative feelings about muslims.

You'd just have to hate a group of people to associate them with Obama.

By posting what I did I was hoping some on here would reply with something more than they did.
For instance they could post a list that showed reasons for everyone to believe he really is a Christian. I can think of a few myself but I'll leave those to others to post.
I think I'm going to put myself in the I don't know category. I've seen no real proof that he is not a Muslim, but i've seen no real proof that he is.
