Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

Wrong again. It was not voted on by new yorkers. City employees decided.

I can tell you with a great amount of certainty that, the Imam and the mosque attendees haven't.
I was discovering that life just simply isn't fair and bask in the unsung glory of knowing that each obstacle overcome along the way only adds to the satisfaction in the end. Nothing great, after all, was ever accomplished by anyone sulking in his or her misery.

    Hamas was behind 9/11?
People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.

This isn't rome, so we use a representative democracy instead of a direct one.

Moreover, I was referring to polling, which shows that people in manhattan don't share your sense of outrage.

But the Imam blamed America for 9.11 not the terrorists and we have no idea where his money is coming from.

Meanwhile, a Greek Othodox church that was destroyed on 9.11 still can't get their permits approved by the city. Why is that?

Does that change the accuracy of my statement? Nope.

I wasn't talking to you. I didn't even quote you.

So, he's entitled to say and/or think whatever he wants.
You're certainly not the arbitrator of all that is fair and good in this nation.

Don't know and don't care, if something comes out about the city denying them based on religious discrimination, then we'll have something to talk about.
Right now, it's a straw man.

Of course not. I said it in dispute of your characterization of the man.

Its a fact. The question is why. Exactly how is that a straw man? Explain yourself.
