ie, the overwhelming passage of c by a plurality of FORTY TWO is mere protest

and the PROTEST is its meaning

Hope you enjoy paying for other peoples health care, Missouri. Insurance companies must be laughing all the way to the bank on that one.

I'm pretty sure most of our corn and wheat comes from the Midwest, and our corn and wheat supports the livestock industry nationwide. So basically all our 'essential' food supply leads back to the Midwest. Crops from other states tend to be luxuries. Tomatoes, avocadoes, beans, eggplants, and all that stuff are nice, but we would have to reform our diets to be vegan before the Midwest started becoming redundant. Even then, it would still be important because it is well-suited to growing grains.

That's almost as ridiculous as "death panels". Besides, what would putting people to jail for not buying health insurance solve, if they can get free health care in jail? lol

If the republicans gain the majority in the house they will spend all of their time investigating democrats and maybe trying another impeachment.

Some republicans are already talking about shutting down the government.

I am sure that osama bin laden is very happy about the whole ****ing deal.

I do not need to offer a rebuttal, big trucker. Your words are my rebuttal.

I saw it on fox last night. It was Eddie Cantor of Virginia. Also Newt Gingrich. The oinly way to stop Obama when they take the house is by cutting funding and stopping the government. It's been tried before by them but they backed down under clinton.

History always repeats its self. The republicans have offered no solutions except cut spending and taxes which got us into this ****ing mess in the first place. Its kind of like the old myth about "starving a cold".

Thanks Obi. We couldn't have done it without you.

If you think health care costs are just fine the way they are you're either very ignorant or you haven't had to shell out big bucks because your so called good insurance refused to pay the lion's share. Maybe you're in denial and don't believe you'll ever have heath care issues because you're young or something?

There was a lot of bamboosling by the right and special interests that gave out false information that probably influenced many of these people that aren't smart enough to do their own homework.

I say let the rest of the states reform health care and let Missouri do it's own thing. They'll come around eventually when they realize they were misled.

BTW ask California how good these do called proposition votes worked out for them. Some pretty stupid **** has been passed via propositions that put the state in serious hock.
