Obama Says Rangel at End of Career; Rep. Maxine Waters also Facing Ethics Woes

Elijah

The US Congress is now a de-facto tool of the AIPAC criminal network that runs the US government at all levels. It matters not whether theiving sell out Republicans like McCain, Kyle and company or theiving Democrats like Frank, Leiberman, Pelosi, Rangel or Waters are in charge at the moment. I say throw them all out and most of them really belong in jail...They do not serve anyones interest except the international globalist banksters that pay for their campaigns....

Here is a nice little series regarding the criminal poster boy for our now totally non-representative government....Enjoy the read.

Thanks

John McCain: A Closer Look at Evil (Part 1) | Criminal State

EXCERPT:

John McCain: A Closer Look at Evil (Part 1)

July 25, 2010 by Jeff Gates

"I am a constituent of Arizona Senator John McCain, a 2008 presidential contender. I reside in the Congressional District where he ran for Congress four years before the expected 1986 retirement of Senator Barry Goldwater. McCain’s career was modeled after that well-known Republican maverick.

McCain describes himself as the leader of the party of Abraham Lincoln and maverick Ronald Reagan. Reagan first emerged on the national political scene in a theme-setting speech he gave at the 1964 Republican nominating convention where Goldwater became the party leader."

That dumb bitch has been needing to go.

let her have her trial

but dems learn from their recent mistake with rangel and not propose to do anything more than censure her

Politicians caught committing crimes should be tried in the same criminal and civil courts as the rest of us, not in the Senate or House. If convicted, they should forfeit their office, their pensions, and just like we do to drug dealers, everything presumed to be derived from their corruption. And they should be barred from any other office, elected or appointed and no lobbying positions. Nothing that allows them to trade off of their "experience".

And prison time in the gen population

I have nothing to add. You're exactly right.

As long you as you apply that to the massive number of Republican big business sellouts in congress and the senate; I agree.

Gaw I thanked Vader... must shower!!

But else yes you are right. The right seems to "forget" the accusations against present and past members of Congress and Senate during the Bush years and before. Tom Delay comes to mind.

Yeah .... this is true. Good point. Tom Delay was the fall guy for Bush and his cronies. I personally believe Cheney needs to be servering life in Florence, CO SuperMax prison.

Accusations is not the same as being guilty. Even members of Congress are innocent until proven guilty. If they are found guilty of a crime, then throw them in jail, like what happened to Duke Cunningham.

For what?

.

Cheney and his republicronies are soley responsible for the recession. Had Cheney and his assclown friends not voted down key regulation of financial institutions; this recession would never have happened.

Cheney is responsible for people losing their homes and their lives. Why? So he and his cronies could act on their greed.

Just curious... when was the last time Cheney cast a vote in Congress ????

And now they're playing the race card. Should we be shocked?

Unfortunately, the Constitution makes other provision that allow the Congress to discipline their own.

Probably when he used his vote to break the tie on the issue of removing regulation of the financial industry. That being the case he and his republicronies are responsible for the recession.

Sorry bout that, Common Sense came by and slapped me for falling for Vader's, ehm logic.

About damn time. Corrupt politicians should do hard time in a prison in their home state.

p.s. Hi Vader! Welcome back!

Politicians accused of committing crimes are tried in the same criminal and civil courts as the rest of us.

The "trials" in the Senate and House are for when they're accused of ethics violations. Those aren't crimes.

Folks, can we at least wait until these Politicians have had their fate decided by their peers, they could be judged to be innocent of any rule breaking!

This assumets that the decisions reached by their "peers" are generally correct. In ethics hearings, that's not always the case.

The bulk of the evidence against Rangel and Waters is publicly available. It's not hard to look at it and conclude that they both sought to use their influence improperly.

Unfortunately, the Constitution makes other provision that allow the Congress to discipline their own.

Not so fast there American...

Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States: but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment and Punishment, according to Law.
