No Proof in New Black Panther Case: Official

Do you have specific points of contention with what he said? If so, lay 'em down.

It's not, by the way, where "National Review Online" stands. If you'd read the link in the OP, you'd notice it mostly relies on what Abigail Thermstrom wrote, ALSO in National Review Online. So, while attacking the source is never valid, it's especially dubious in this case.

It really should be no surprise by now to someone as versed as yourself in politics, that career bureaucrats tend to lean to the left. For example just take a look at the State Dept. They had no reservation at all leaking, and releasing statements damaging to any Republican President, however find that same level with a dem in charge? Hardly.

This attempt of liberals to mask who they are, and outright lie about what they believe, and or want for this country is tiring to say the least. Know what I mean man?

I think you have an exaggerated idea of how sympathetic the bureaucracy is to Democrats.

This is attempt of conservatives to interpret left-wing bias where other motives could explain a person's behavior is tiring, to say the elast.

I do not condone what these idiotic "New Black Panthers" did.

But I often find that some conservatives are very overzealous to seek out black racists, and jumped to many conclusions in the Sherrod Case.

The guy holding the billy club was banned from polling places until 2012. Nobody else was found guilty of doing anything else. Media matters already pointed out these facts but Fox news decided to completely outright lie and push the story anyways.

This is why no other news outlets are reporting this. Because its a LIE. Everyone across the board recognizes Fox's methodical pushing of black racists from Reverend Wright, to these guys, to Sherrod, to Glen Beck calling Obama a racist. Time and time again.

No he wasn't a racist, he was bigoted and anti-American. Fox spinned this trying to show that Obama grew up hating white people. Wright said alot of pretty bad things, but most of them were taken out of context and were about America committing horrible atrocities against blacks.

Nobody was found guilty of doing anything else because the DoJ dropped the case on them for political purposes.

Justice officials who served in the Bush administration have countered that the department had enough evidence to pursue the case more fully and called the decision to narrow it political.
