Author writing about Palin moves next door to her

absolutely
i would be surprised if there are not those whose function is to monitor the comings and goings of the Obama family
if they are able to do that by renting the adjoining property then they have done nothing wrong

1. Obama is a President. Sarah Palin is not an elected official.

2. You know where Obama lives, right? Something tells me adjoining property isn't that easy to come by....

3. If they're going after his family rather than him, they are being as classless and creepy as the idiot that is the topic of this thread.

i am hoping he will be able to see how often palin personally cares for her at risk child ... and how much motherly affection is shown him by others

Yeah, lord forbid he finds out that she's been leaving the kitchen

What, you didn't watch "That's My Bush?" His wacky neighbor was always dropping by unannounced.

Don't ever watch that show it was horrible.

It is so funny to watch the Palin lovers crawl all over each other defending Barbie's privacy. She whines and attacks whomever she wants then when someone has the noive to investigate her she cries "help me... help poor little defenseless meeeeee".

Spare me! SHE is the one who brought up that this guy would be watching/photographing her kids. SHE is the one saying he is going to be sneaking into her kitchen window. SHE is the one crying like a big baby over this.

Has the guy threatened her? No.

Has he done anything illegal? No.

Does he have a right to rent any house he damn well wants to? Yes.

Does he have a right to photograph her, without he permission, because she is a celebrity? Yes.

If she had any real, legal gripes you can bet your pasta-fa-zool that her lawyer would have been all over it. Hence, her whining tweets.

That all being said... on one hand I give the guy kudos for being so creative and brazen for finding that house for rent. On the other hand, should he do anything illegal, especially re: her minor kids, I say throw the book at him.

But, until he does something illegal he has ever right in the U.S.A. to live wherever he chooses.

Welcome to the USA Sarah! :2wave:

Wow, some things never change

Most of the people defending Palin outright disagree with her, and in my case I would have the same opinion if it was Pelosi or Obama being spied on. Does Palin spy on people? Does she buy houses next to liberals so she can spy on them and report on how evil they are in their spare time? Palin isn't being attacked, she is being violated by some nutjob of an author.

Because she has every reason to do so. He is invading her privacy and spying on her and her family. The media can attack people, but it's disgraceful when they start spying and violating the rights of those that they hate.
Has the guy threatened her? No.

Has he done anything illegal? No.
Does it matter? He is spying on her and her family. He is violating her privacy for political/journalistic purposes. He is a disgraceful and classless person.
Does he have a right to rent any house he damn well wants to? Yes.
He has the right to rent a house and live where he wants, but he doesn't have the right to spy on others and violate their personal privacy. Would I have the right to move near Pelosi and spy on her 24/7 in oder to write stories geared to bashing her? Absolutely not. Pelosi and Palin have the right to live in privacy without the media watching there every move and spying on their homes from next door.
Does he have a right to photograph her, without he permission, because she is a celebrity? Yes.
He can photograph her, but he is spying on her for goodness sake. This is a violation of the Palin families privacy, and this "author" is putting his hatred for Palin above someone's right to privacy.
If she had any real, legal gripes you can bet your pasta-fa-zool that her lawyer would have been all over it. Hence, her whining tweets.
She should pursue a restraining order on this guy. He's a despicable human being that has no respect for another's privacy.

Would you give kudos to someone who moved next door to Harry Reed and made the bold decision to spy on him in order to publish bashing hate filled stories against him?
But, until he does something illegal he has ever right in the U.S.A. to live wherever he chooses.

Welcome to the USA Sarah! :2wave:
In the USA we have a right to live in privacy without being spied on ;) So being a US citizen does that mean Palin must forfeit her privacy for this classless barbarian to spy on her and write negative stories on her? Anyone who does this is lowlife scum, whether it be to a conservative or liberal.

why is the author improper in renting the residence next to palin's home? invasion of privacy is not present; palin and her family have the same degree of privacy as existed before their new neighbor arrived

Right, post your address, and lets see how you would like for members of dp to drive by and take random photos of your home and family.

Your cool with that, right? :ssst:

Does he have a right to photograph her, without he permission, because she is a celebrity? Yes.

So you wouldn't mind if I rented the home next to yours and started taking pictures into your home?

answer the question.

you would be very welcome to take all the photos you wanted

just as with posting here, don't show it if you would be ashamed to have it seen

Uhm because you haven't posted your address? :ssst:

Seriously though, I think any good citizen or parent would be pissed off about some dirtbag moving next door to spy on thier childeren as you claimed.

in fact, if it is a you claimed, I think its a crime.... If the sole purpose to move next door would be to be a peeping tom to palin's childeren....

but the fact you answered this rhetorical post like this indicates to me that your more about getting palin, than honest debate. I think there are like 3 of you defending this dirtbag? not even the msm is.

we've already had a moderator warning, otherwise, I'd hit this softball you just threw out of the park. :lamo

Why do you liberals start so many Palin threads?

It's creepy, it's stalkerish, and unfortunately it's probably legal. Like Aunt Spiker points out, I do believe people should have a certain amount of privacy. It's sad that people have to be asses like this.

Except that there are laws against eaves-dropping. Right?

He hasn't invaded her privacy.

He probably doesn't plan to invade her privacy.

He hasn't spied on her. THAT is Bratty Barbie's words to rile up sympathy.

If he does, then you'll have to see what he did. If he follows her on the street snapping photos of her it would be my guess that that would be held up in court because Barbie is a celebrity. Bratty Barbie won't be able to stop him from doing anything until he does something illegal.

Ironically, she is a victim of the celebrityhood she so desperately sought. :2rofll::2rofll::2rofll:

It really is as simple as that.

How hillarious would it be if this dude turned out to be a registed sex offender?

he needs no defense
the house was available to be rented
he rented it
end of story

that palin does not like that her new neighbor is a famous author who may write something which exposes her has nothing to do with his ability to legally reside in that home

we've already had a moderator warning, otherwise, I'd hit this softball you just threw out of the park. :lamo

but instead you struck out

mcginnis has a right to live in that rental home
he can take photos, gawk at his neighbors, invite palin's enemies over and otherwise partake of the quiet enjoyment of his property from within its boundary ... and there is nothing which can be legally done to prevent that

No one is aruing legality. We are arguing that the d00d is a creep, and those like you defending them wouldn't be so in defense of him if he had moved next to you and your kids for the same purpose.

Nah, I simply followed what the moderator asked.

Who's arguing legality?

However I don't think it's legal to try to take pictures inside someones homes. We have laws against such invasions of privacy....

Especially when there are minors inside.

It's sad you don't see this as a problem.

my bad
i should have known those on the extreme right would not appreciate that an author might feel compelled to write something based on factual information
that which would best be gathered first hand where the subject lives
y'all can get indignant over the little things which are opposed by people like palin, while refusing to acknowldge the major things, such as pervasive racism in your ranks

America, the land of the offended

uhm, you need to stop with the FAIL... you suck at the strawmen...

I am not a Palin fan.

The dood is a creep, and you are defending him. Like I said, if it were a left winger, you would be the first one mouth foaming the other way on this subject.

what causes him to be a creep
has he ever been convicted for any form of creepiness
maybe you need to study up on projection

if it were a left winger being written about by a reich wing author, why would that give me a basis to froth at the mouth? and i ask that question to you directly because you think you know that would be the result. so answer it
