Don't like this, work to change to Constitution. However, unlike the other two controversial laws (which I support), I can NOT support this proposal. It is blatently unconstitutional.

I do not support this law because it is unconstitutional. However I do feel we need to amend this and require at least one parent to either be a legal US citizen or in the country lawfully.
 
A child born in America is an American citizen.

I bet he claims to be a constitutionalist, yet he wants to make a law that blatantly goes against it :rofl

That's fine but they should end exceptions for the parents of anchor babies.

I don't know about it. If true, they should be deported, but their children should be able to stay with legal resident relatives if there are any...

Personally I think we should go by the intentions of the authors of the 14th amendment. Which was to make the freed slaves citizens, not everybody born in the US. Why else have the Indian citizenship act of 1924 and the nationality act of 1940 that made anyone born in the US a citizen if section 1 of the 14th applied to anyone born on US soil? That said I do support an amendment to alter section 1 of the 14th amendment to only apply to the children of US citizens to be on the safe side. Sneaking into a country and birth tourism should not grant anyone a citizenship. I also support repealing part of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 that allows for the chain migration of relatives other than spouse or minor children, which would basically end anchor babies
