BP as indeed almost every other Company drilling for oil offshore, knows what goes on in the industry in other parts of the world.

Whether BP learn or indeed needs to learn is something quite different.

The problem I have with this present leakage of oil into the Gulf of Mexico, is that instead of ALL interested party's getting together to actually getting this leak stopped, we see that everyone is at everyone else's throat with accusations of blame.

This from the very top of the dung heap (President Obama) who stated that (we) should keep (our) feet firmly on BP,s throat.

Is this type of rhetoric going to advance co-operation between BP and the Government in order that this problem can be speedily addressed?

    I think not.

The BLAME game can be run endlessly AFTER the problem is solved.

The PRIMARY function of Obama and his administration is to co-operate with BP and all other Company's in SOLVING the problem.

I did heard that they ordered pizza on the companies dime once in a while.. oh the scandal!
I bet the same thing was said about Greece at one time, too. How'd that work out??

    Brilliant choices you make.
The government can run things more efficiently and safely than the private sector? Really?!?

Would you be saying that if Republicans were running the show? I bet not. Huh?
