Of course they sat on the bailout money. They recapitalized their balance sheets and paid off their otherwise fatal leverage threats. Oh man. I haven't see this level of ignorance in a long, long time.

You don't go lending cash you need to survive! Oh boy. It's people like you that make me cringe to vote Republican.

They needed the money to sit on it? Nice try but Obama did nothing other than help those that helped him and put us deep in debt
