And that is relevant to my post in what manner?

I wonder if you even know what "stockholder" means.

They were not collapsing proof is they sat on the bailout money
Did you really just say that?

Of course they sat on the bailout money. They recapitalized their balance sheets and paid off their otherwise fatal leverage threats. Oh man. I haven't see this level of ignorance in a long, long time.

You don't go lending cash you need to survive! Oh boy. It's people like you that make me cringe to vote Republican.

They needed the money to sit on it? Nice try but Obama did nothing other than help those that helped him and put us deep in debt

So no, you can't define the word. What on Earth makes you think you can discuss this subject when you completely do not understand any of the termology much less how the banks operate?

You are the guy in a quantum mechanics lecture who tells the professor everything he said is wrong yet cannot demonstrate what force is.

They obviously don't know that brokers only buy, sell, and rarely advise, and have no way to get inside information. As for effectually regulating the big shakers and movers, they would need an auditor to over see every deal, not just examine the books.
