I wouldn't lose because you just post your false info to someone anbd then have them lie for you. It's as simple as that, it's a con job.

You refuse to post any factual information because you will be proven a liar and a fraud.

Well then you have no problem taking it to court right now and having it overturned. Oh yeah, you haven't because it ISN'T unconsitutional, you just don't like it.

Actually its been filed in court right now. If you read a little you would have known that.
Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

17 AGs out of how many HAVEN'T filed? Again the majority do NOT think it is unconstitutional.

Please continue your whining though, it is quite amusing and will make it that much sweeter when it is ruled constitutional.

Filed does not prove it is unconstitutional.

LOL, it only takes one and it remains to be seen whether or not the courts agree with you or them. Why does it matter to you? Who forced you to buy insurance?

So, then this is now the standard? We must assume that everything must be taken to court, or else too bad? What happened to our reps adhering to the rule of law? Just for the other guy?

I'm not forced at all to buy insurance. I just love it when the rabid right cries unconstitutional when it is constitutional.

But feel free to continue to shout at the rooftop it is unconstitutional, it is quite amusing to say the least.
