What Obama is doing is prolonging the problem, not helping it.
..... and your solution is?????? I have yet to hear a plausible alternative to what was done in '08-09, just a lot of criticism.

    Your move chuckles.
You are so behind, I already showed how it was constitutional, go back a couple of pages.

So you demand I find you the evidence. I find it then you proclaim victory without addressing it.

    Par for the course.
Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

Re: Mark Critz Defeats Tim Burns in Pennsylvania Special Election for Murtha's Seat

It's really sad to see that for some on the right all they have left is to cheer for a blue-dog Democrat victory.

"That Democrats held onto a House seat Tuesday night in a conservative corner of Pennsylvania casts new doubt on just how strong the much-vaunted GOP momentum truly is heading into the November midterm elections." - The Hill

"After all, if they can't win the only district in the country that voted for both John Kerry and John McCain, what does it say about their ability to win other GOP-tilting seats this fall?" - Amy Walters of National Journal

"Both sides see the race as a must-win but, in truth, it is a muster-win for Republicans who have to prove they can emerge victorious in seats like this one -- Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) carried it in 2008 -- to make a reasonable case that the majority is in play this fall." - Chris Cilizza, political columnist for the Washington Post

“The defeat of Republican Tim Burns in the Pennsylvania 12th district special election obviously is the biggest blow to the GOP, which hoped to show the existence of an early wave building against Democrats and President Barack Obama." - Stu Rothenberg, Roll Call

This is just the latest setback for Rep. Pete Sessions and the NRCC, after head-to-head losses in NY-23 - a Republican held seat for over a century - and NY-20 - considered a safe Republican seat until it was won by Kirsten Gillibrand in 2006. Brown's victory in MA? I've already seen him called a RINO on these very pages...LOL

“It sure dampens our enthusiasm, there’s no other way to say it,” - Jeff Flake (R-AZ)

Hang in there Jeff, you're sure to pick up a few seats in November, maybe you can attend a Gingrich pep rally, he says you'll take back both the Senate and House.
ďWe just simply donít know how to governĒ - Rep. Steve Womack (R-AR) a member of the House Budget Committee

Re: Mark Critz Defeats Tim Burns in Pennsylvania Special Election for Murtha's Seat

Tom Davis (ex-VA Rep.): "If you canít win a seat that is trending Republican in a year like this, then where is the wave?" asked Mr. Davis, who said Republicans will need to examine what went wrong. "It would be a huge upset not to win this seat.""

It seems that all the GOP quotes prior to the election was that this would be a bellwether race and would show that the GOP would win huge in November; now, with the exception of a few honest GOP observers (like the quote above), they all want to claim it's nothing and meaningless.

You can't have it both ways.
