Then he links to a site that doesn't say anything about Critz saying he wants to repeal the healthcare bill, lol.
:failpail:

Are you incapable of reading?

He didn't say Critz claimed he would vote to repeal it.

What you found

critz is gonna help overturn health care

I got new for you. Help and vote are two different words. :rofl

Enjoy your fail.

Here, on FOX News, is Shawn Hannity interviewing Sarah Palin the very day of the race.

a sean/palin interview is the republican party proclaiming for more than a month this would be a republican victory and harbinger of a landslide?

LOL!

And also note the reference to Newt Gingrich saying that the GOP is going to take between 40 and 70 House seats.

he's right

Thanks for playing.

The Dow Jones just plunged another 376 points today and we still have people supporting this empty suit in the WH. Reality is every candidate the Obama supported on Tuesday lost as have all the candidates in the past year that he supported.

People better wake up to the disaster he is creating before it is too late. To get elected a candidate has to run to the right and stay away from Obama. That is a reality that your liberals don't want to accept.

..... and your solution is?????? I have yet to hear a plausible alternative to what was done in '08-09, just a lot of criticism.

It's simple. You let businesses fail, and you reduce taxes and make things as advantageous as possible for new businesses and solvent businesses to hire the people that are inevitably going to be looking for jobs.

The last thing you do is borrow money from foreign countries (that we can't pay back) and give it to unionized companies and banks to temporarily make their balance sheets look OK for a day.

You end up back in the same boat with a $10 trillion deficit, instead of $2 trillion.

Now what do we do? Borrow more money?

And how would a congressman help to repeal healthcare by not voting to repeal healthcare?

The Prof claimed he would help repeal healthcare. Whether you take it as helping or voting to repeal it, show me a link where he ever made the claim that he would help to repeal healthcare..

So tell me is Mark Critz an Obama Democrat? That is the bottomline. Did Obama campaign for Critz? Did Critz adopt the Obama agenda? Whether or not he will vote to repeal healthcare is irrelevant at this point, what part of the Obama agenda did Critz adopt during the campaign?

Issues - Mark Critz for Congress

He looks like an anti-abortion democrat. Nothing really out of the mainstream of the democratic party.

Looks to me like he is an anti Obama democrat. Good for him, great to see someone with a spine in today's Democrat Party.

Nothing in the issues he lists is "anti-Obama". He does not line up with Obama on all issues, but I don't think many if any democrats do.

The fact remains, Obama did not campaign for Critz and Critz did not ask Obama for his support. that speaks volumes as do the issues that Critz listed as important. I don't see anything in his campaign that was pro Obama or supported the Obama agenda. Please enlighten me then tell me why you continue to support Barack Obama in light of the economic conditions in this country today after billions have been spent to convert our economy to the European social model.

So you demand I find you the evidence. I find it then you proclaim victory without addressing it.

Par for the course.

Can you read? I already posted how the law is constitutional, go back and look at it.

You can make that BS claim all you want.

The facts are you demanded in ALL CAPS direct links to the health care bill and its requirement for people to have health care.

I gave it to you. After that, you ducked it.

At least be man enough to address the facts you demanded.

The Dow Jones just plunged another 376 points today

too much SUBSTANCE for this crowd

no way THREE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY SIX POINTS can fit under their teeny little MICROSCOPES

they're too busy looking at important stuff---like who said what to whom

the eu collapses, the gulf turns to goo

and they go---marcia! marcia! marcia!

LOL!

pathetic lack of pride put on display, that's my (all important, apparently) opinion

When are you going to learn to read. BEFORE you gave me the link I addressed how the bil lwas constitutional, go back around eight pages, and try to keep up.

So you can't address the very facts you demanded including the exact passages from the bill.

Next time, just say you don't live up to your own demands and I'll know you aren't a serious debater.

Man you gotta learn to read. It's pretty simple, go back to when me and conservative were arguing about the bill. I said how the healthcare bill was constitutional. Just because I know you will keep being ignorant I will go back and quote my post for you.

Section 8 of the constitution says Congress has the ability to provide for the general welfare for the United States. And I consider healthcare part of the general welfare. The necessary and proper clause also reinforces it.

There you go texmaster.

Still ducking it I see.

Let me give you a little hint. Claiming something exists without linking to it when you demanded EXACT QUOTES FROM THE BILL and were provided with such is a very height of hypocrisy.

LOL!!! You think your own interpretation of the the phrase "general welfare" is enough to counter what the bill actually says?

Man do you need help. :rofl

So general welfare doesn't include healthcare? Then what does it include?! How is healthcare not general welfare?

Sigh. General welfare is specific to well being. It has never EVER been interpreted to include health care.

If you went down that road you could claim everyone should have a house or a car or a companion of their own because it could be interpreted as general welfare.

You are distorting the Constitution and ignoring the 10th amendment.

This inability to understand that Democrats are willing to accept people who don't agree with them 100% of the time is very telling.

I don't agree with Obama 100% of the time, yet I'm still a Democrat.

We Democrats may disagree with our own members from time to time, and may want to replace some (like Specter and Lincoln) but at the same time, we do support even a conservative Democrat over a Republican.

Yeah, Critz may not be perfect, but he's going to be on our side a lot more often than the Republican candidate was. Here in PA, we also have pro-life Democratic Senator Casey too.

As I have said here many times, I'd rather get 50% of what I want than 0%. Politics (and law too for that matter) is all about compromise. That's what reasonable adults do when they want to solve a problem.

The GOP's recent inability to compromise -- its insistence on being the Party of No -- doesn't seem to be helping it much, does it?

I'm not irgnoring the 10th amendment since that only applies to reserved powers. If it is an enumerated power then the federal government has control.
