Oh, so you wish there were more people voting? Be careful what you wish for. It might come true.

BTW, I am not a dude, sir.

This victory really helps the Democrats. Sestak has a lot better chance of winning the general election and he agrees with practically all of Obama's policies and even said he didn't go far enough.

Sestak has a lot better chance of being subpoenaed and testifying under oath about who offered him a job from the White House and how could that person or persons --- offer him a Secty of the Navy position without Obama's direct say so.

The problem here is, the story isn't going away and sometime before November Sestak will have to come clean on the White House's behalf and if necessary, fall on the sword for Obama or someone from his administration, like the good soldier he is.
I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on whats being proposed here, hed agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute. - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

If being offered a job in the White House is the worst the Republicans have on him he's in great shape. This issue won't be a significant factor to the end result of this election.

If Quid Pro Quo... the only person who can authorize an appointment for the Sec. of the Navy is Obama. That quid pro quo is a felony.

Not great shape in any shape or form.

it doesn't pass the smell test
but like most things political, there is margin for plausible deniability
if the waters were tested to inquire whether he was interested in becoming the secretary of the navy before becoming heavily immersed in a run for office, would that have been a quid pro quo circumstance?
