Due process is contingent on the suspect's compliance. Otherwise, at least in cases of murder or attempted murder, the authorities shoot to kill. The cleric is being treated the same way armed and dangerous Americans unwilling to cooperate with the police are treated.

Oh, but certainly he should have a lawyer and his media circus moment as Washington politicians pull out every stop to gain points no matter what they hurt. Amazing how quickly Gitmo dissapeared from Democratic target. Amazing how quickly one of them is to pull citizenship over the Time Square event. Such things would demand "fairness, understanding, and political points" in the not so distant past.

Personally, I don't care. An enemy is an enemy. Pop that ****er. I just hate our hypocritical politician cowards and traitors from White House to White House who shiuft their views and perspectives in accordance to who sires the throne.

Only if the suspect is armed and threatening officers.

actually, in marjah and kandahar if the enemy drops his rifle he's allowed by our ridiculous rules of engagement to pull out a camera and start snapping photos of the gi's he was just trying to kill

CNSNews.com - U.S. Forces in Afghanistan Under New Orders to Hold Fire

    typical keystone incoherence

complete incompetence is running our foreign policy

which, actually, outside of the ESCALATION of afghanistan (even tho the enemy are mostly in pakistan) we DON'T HAVE A FOREIGN POLICY under this reprobate regime

    what's obama's answer for iran---squat

the mexican cartels, the palestinian problem, korea

why won't putin play along on sanctions, why is the puppet master now nuke-ifying syria

look how hu humiliates the white house---currency, climate, human rights, taiwan

did you see the dalai lama exiting the white house by the service porch, where the trash is thrown out

Getty Images - Unsupported browser detected

    how embarrassing

under obtuse obama, aside from the ESCALATION of HIS war, we have NO foreign policy
