The level of violence is low and obviously fake.

Manners in Trade chat, how to ask for help from a max lvl 'toon, how to take harsh criticism from less than civil players and learn what you can from it while letting the rest roll off your shoulders, offering compensation for help/goods even if you don't have much...and my personal favorite, helping out in the n00b aria by giving away gold and "runs" for free.
You will learn real life knowledge about your computer as we show you how to apply addons and write macro code; how small adjustments to your computer's hardware enable enhanced game play, from graphics to team-speak to resolving lag issues.
Last but certainly not least, you will learn how to work as a part of a team as we work through various fights in the raid. There are strategies and you will need to do specific tasks ate appointed times, and those tasks and times can change without notice. It can be very fluid.
Your final qualification for your badge will be to help someone else improve their play.
Yeah, you would have your badge in one night if you are motivated.
