In most cases I actually agree. I just think trying to put down groups of a billion plus people because of some religious belief is, well, dickish, and usually an act of self-flattery.When did Americans turn into a bunch of pussies who can't handle it when other people speak their mind? OMG! Someone might be offended!
Do you see the difference?
These people threatened to kill two people over a cartoon. They should be charged with felony terroristic threats and/or deported back to whatever backward ass place they originally crawled out of. They have no right to threaten people in this country because their prophet was put in a bear costume.
That's the crucial point. These people want to start the same b.s. campaign of political intimidation against artists and writers and publishers and producers that they started in Europe.
As stated previously---**** that noise.
Which by the way was funny as hell.
No Lives Matter
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear"
Cicero Marcus Tullius
I AM DEPLORABLE.
NEVER CRIMINAL HILLARY (S-NY)
I do wonder though, if the threats were directed at Parker and Stone, why did Comedy Central cave? Were they really so spineless, they caved in to outrage against them that had yet to even materialize? Didn't they realize how much bad press this would get them?
