It is TD's job to know the difference. You wouldn't know the difference if it bit you in the ass.

Say something intelligent just once. I dare you.

so you think that a fictional TV character is a repository of federal power.

Remind me of the law review articles you have written-heck even ones you have read- about say the tenth amendment or say the supremacy clause

Is my "fiction" any greater than yours? The whole idea that Obama wants to take away your guns is also fiction. And it's plain that some people read the constitution the way Christians read their bible. They hi-lite what they want it to say, and black out the rest.

you are just talking out of your butt. We have documented Obama's statements and you just pretend that your lord and master isn't a gun hating hoplophobe. Remind me about handgun rights in Chicago and the crusade Obama led against the total ban there.

Oh that's right, he supported that ban

now that sounds like a guy who really respects the right of the citizenry to keep and bear arms

what do you think the constitution says. This is going to be funny given you confused a fictional municipal town employee with the federal government and congress.

I worked at Wendy's in high school, and I still love eating there.

Just a side note -- the meat in the chili is yesterday's hamburgers. It won't hurt you any, but I always thought it is sorta funny how people rave over the chili.

No one has convienced my that the citizenry has a right to keep and bear arms. That sounds like an opinion to me. The second amendment was about militias. We no longer have a "A well regulated Militia" which happened to be the first words of the second amendment. Can we just black them out?
