you are obviously unaware that the majority of the 19th is in Palm Beach county, and just a little teeny bit of it is Broward county, and that little bit is around Coral Springs, not really much ghetto there either.

edit: btw Boca is in Palm Beach county, and occupies 0% of Broward county.

    Both parties are moronic.
Only since the Democrats turned socialist, and the Republicans started trying to "reach across the aisle" all the damn time.

If a party would just embrace conservatism and constitutionalism, they would resonate with the vast majority of Americans.

But the Democrats have been successful in creating a voting base that is entirely dependent on the government. Entitlement is a huge problem with a vast majority of unskilled, uneducated Americans that feels it's beneath them to do unskilled labor or pay taxes.

Re: Democrat wins Fla. special house election

the republicans have a very real chance to take both houses

the senate is so much easier to follow, naturally, and all signs upstairs...

well, i've never seen anything like it (nor, therefore, have you)

a MAJORITY LEADER trailing at home to some pipsqueak gop upstart...

a LIPTON LOVER leading a benedict traitor by anything, let alone MORE THAN A HALF DOZEN, in the KEYSTONE STATE...

a republican leading in BIDEN'S SEAT by MORE THAN TWENTY

    according to DAILY KOS (LOL!)

KOS was the ONLY POLL in the nation to get SCOTT BROWN wrong

a republican as rhino as i've ever seen LEADS in ILLINOIS---bh OBAMA's SEAT!

i've never seen anything like it

my side for sure is gonna pick up mass seats upstairs in november

that much can be seen clear from here

    enough to take control?

    doesn't really matter

either way, the party in power is utterly stalled

    actually, she already is

what's available to obama, what remains within reach?

cap and trade, reg reform, immigration?

the bank tax, debt commission, spending freeze?

the offshore drill, dadt, prosecution of cia?

the moving of ksm to manhattan, closure of gitmo?

    reachout to iran?

    sanctions?

    currency negotiation with hu?

    international climate?

just what remains WITHIN REACH of bh obama the ALREADY IRRELEVANT?

and what's gonna become of his platform in november when opposition makes HUGE gains in upstairs, in pelosi's place, in the state capitals, in the assemblies?

what's gonna become of the already outta reach agenda when november winds blow?

what's he gonna be able to achieve between now and then, for that matter?

upshot---the house is always hard to see but the senate is usually pretty clear

the house is always much swingier than upstairs, that is, it's much easier for lower house to change hands than upper

and yet my side is very, very strong even in the staunch and stuffy senate

if we don't take em we'll come close which is just as good

    progressivism is expired, either way

hey, ahab harpooned his white whale, didn't he?

i hope it was everything you wanted

Florida Democratic state Sen. Ted Deutch handily won Tuesday's special election to replace retiring Democratic U.S. Rep. Robert Wexler after his underdog GOP opponent attempted to make the contest a referendum on the massive health care bill.

"We've heard for months that tonight ... is a referendum on health care, it's a referendum on the (Obama) administration, it's a referendum on what direction this country is going," Deutch told supporters
Wasn't he in a very solid Demon district ? Also wasn't there a third party splitting the vote of the "other side" ?

DD - you don't get it. The Republicans could win 75% of all seats and this is one of the 25% that would remain in the hands of the Donkeys...

    1. I was trying to be nice.
    2. I hold both major political parties in contempt even if I do hold the Dems in greater contempt than the GOP.

This is not news at all........This seat was Robert Wexler who resigned......It is in a very heavy demcrat area.......Its the same area that did not know how to fill out a ballot in the 2000 presidential election....They took the ballot to 3rd graders and they had no problem with it.......

A Republican in this district has about the same shot as a conservative in Venezuela.
