Some Republicans embrace 'Party of No'

You're right. The description is misleading. Reps should be known as the party of phony compassion.

ricksfolly

And the Democrats should be known as the party of "Ass"

Please. Lets level up the discussion.... :lamo

To be fair, the loyal opposition has an obligation to fight against things they disagree with. …
Aye, but Republicans are now obstructing uncontroversial nominees, too. The ‘Party of No’ is doing its best to make sure the American government cannot function. That's not the behavior of the loyal opposition, it is something far more sinister.

The goal of Republican opposition is to attempt to insure the Democrats do not get credit for any legislation or actions which improve the lives of American citizens. In this effort they have already failed.

Please. The liberals did the same thing to Bush's nominees.

Its amazing the selective memory some liberals have.

The record I have documented in this thread says different.

It's amazing the impaired memory some conservatives have.

There is a line, no doubt, but I still believe they have an obligation to fight the good fight. Now if they fight the stupid and childish fight, that too will reflect on them, as if did the democrats.

Given The Obama's agenda, this is exactly what they -should- do.

That's not the behavior of the loyal opposition, it is something far more sinister.
Like... what?
It is sinister to oppose The Obama?

LOL What record? Are you honestly going to pretend liberals didn't try to and succeed in blocking Bush judges?
