I'm sure he knows full well that any patient or potential patient of his will read the sign and likely turn away if they did vote for Pres. Obama, but their vote shouldn't have ANYTHING to do with him providing care to people who seak his care. Granted, he did say he would not turn down any patient who came to his office for treatment, but he has to know some folks will be upset about his sign and turn away not because they think he's a bad doctor but because they think he won't treat them if they voted for Obama. It's as if what he's really saying is, "If you voted for Obama, I don't want you as my patient."
I know that's not what his sign says, but I wouldn't be surprised if that's how alot of people interpret it.
