You're wrong. As a mental health professional, if a client comes to me who wants treatment for being a pedophile, I would tell them that, personally, I will not work with someone like that and I will refer them to someone who will. That is the most ethical thing I could do. It is unethical to provide treatment for someone dealing with an issue that either you have no experience with, or that you are not comfortable providing treatment for.I'm not sure about that either. Depends on the state. And I do believe its unethical though. If you can't do your job, find another one.
