GOP Fires Staffer over $1,946 Topless Club Visit

Whoa, there. I've closed a TON of business on golf courses. Bad example.

Thats what I'm saying! Golf, Strip Clubs, even deep sea fishing is where all the biggest deals are closed.

The greatest business deals are made in the 'mans mans' atmosphere.

"Mans mans" are into bondage huh? Must be some fairly kinky donors they are trying to attract.

Strip clubs are nothing new and it's just innocent entertainment. It's not about prostitution or infidelity. They didn't break the law or their wedding vows.

On a golf "coarse?" I don't know. But I have never seen bondage themed stripping on a golf course.

You still have not explained what "political work" is done at a bondage themed strip club.

I think calling it a "bondage themed" stripp club is a little exaggerated. It's a very high class place that also serves food, etc. It's not some skanky back alley slime hole.

In any event, it most certainly was explained to you what political work is done at such a place.

Anyway...this is the place they were talking about.

And them going to the Voyeur is even more telling of an innocent night out. And how on Gods green earth did they only drop $1,946!? Lol! How long did they stay, 20 minutes? They should get a pat on the back for their money management skills!

Exactly. Heidi Klum held her Halloween party there. The line out the door on Saturday nights is anything but a sleaze crowd. The place has awards already for design and architecture.

I can't wait for my birthday party there in a couple months. Oh, and getting my reservation, I still had to make it for a weekend other than the one I wanted (the week after my Bday) because it was that booked up.

Hey to each their own! I understand many are into bondage these days.
You don't have to defend it to me. You might have to defend it to Tony Perkins with the Family Research Council however:

**** Tony Perkins. He doesn't know what the hell he's talking about.

And I didn't defend it because there's nothing to defend. I just pointed out the truth of the situation, not that I expect the truth and reason to have any effect on you. It was mainly for the benefit of people reading this who care to think about the issue rather than blindly gnash their teeth over partisanship.

Excellent strategy, continue to whittle away at your base.

That's awesome!

You have a very limited understanding of politics. It's painfully obvious.

Lemme clue you in on something: the social conservatives have been a detriment to the Republican Party. But, we need their votes and they still need us to push any issues at all for them so, they will continue to contribute and we will continue to give them a nod of assent, though in much less of a capacity than in the past.

Let me know when they break off and form their own party. Then I'll let you know whether I am worried for my party or ready to celebrate their departure. Until then, this a total nonissue being trumped up by idiots that don't know a thing about the reality of politics.

Excellent, just keep doing what your doing! :)

I'm not the Republican party so whatever I may or may not do really doesn't have all that much of an effect. I am just stating the way it is for your benefit because you seem to need a little reality check.

2k at titty bars is chump change compared to my list..... did you have a point?

You missed the point (again) -- It wasn't their money. It was your money.

That's right, the RNC was at LESBIAN BONDAGE CLUB with your money.

****, if someone gave me money to go to a lesbian bondage club, there's no way in hell I could say no.

Exactly. Regardless of who's money it was:2razz:

No it is not a lesbian bondage club. That's just more lying sensationalism on your part.

And no, it's not MY money and it isn't yours either. It belongs to the RNC once it is handed over. Specifically, the Young Eagles. I, personally, think if it courts more young donors with less social agendas, I am all for it.

That doesn't look like any strip club I've ever been to.

Of course, any strip club that would allow me into it would, by necessity, have to be kind of low-class.

I am really, really looking forward to our little event there. We are going by there this weekend just to check it out in person.

It reminds me of this little spot we used to go to in Raleigh called The Iron Lady Lounge. Sans the "zomgwtf Lesbian bondages!!!!!!!!!"

Especially if the money given is from Republican donors! :)
