No its called reality.
Are you really that out of lunch you don't think someone who leads a government system can recognize a bill in another country with similar principles to their own government?
Socialism:
a theory or system of social organization that advocates the vesting of the ownership and control of the means of production and distribution, of capital, land, etc., in the community as a whole.
The health insurance we're buying comes from private companies. Private companies are not the government nor are they the "community as a whole."
Conservatives who refer to this bill as socialist simply don't understand what the word means.
edit: To clarify, socializing health insurance would be adopting Canada's system, nationalizing the health insurance companies. This bill does not do that.
