Quarter of Republicans Think Obama May Be the Anti-Christ | LiveScience
And, when 1/3 of Americans think that the government was behind 9/11...same deal.
The problem is that there are currently A LOT of whackdoos in this country, on both sides of the political spectrum.

Seriously? You buy this garbage?
Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.
Cantor is Jewish. Most likely some racist nutjob took a shot at his campaign office this week.
That is unfortunate and thankfully the incident happened around 1:00 AM and thus no one was in the office at the time. This incident does not change the fact that Republicans do need to ratchet down their rhetoric though. There are some very dangerous people out there and when you have Republicans and their operatives out there screaming "Socialism", "Communism", "Fascism", and claiming the health bill will kill your grandmother, then they are acting irresponsibly and practically inciting violence. The fact that some nutjob took a shot at Cantor's office does not change that.

He points to a pew one that is a good bit more reliable, though it doesn't ask about the anti-christ question, it does show something like a whopping ~40% less people think Obama is a muslim then what the Harris poll showed, which begs to question what the real number would be in regards to the "anti-christ" question. It also showed that roughly the same amount of people believed 9/11 was an inside job. Both were in the 10-15% range.
"I am appalled that somebody who is the nominee...would take that kind of position"
"A court took away a presidency"
"...the brother of a man running for president was the governor of the state..."
It's horrifying because Trump is blunt instead of making overt implications.
