What part of passing the house, passing the senate, getting signed is process abuse. Let's not make **** up just cuz your side lost.

I never knew conservatives where so whiney. Seriously, I would be embarrassed if I was a conservative right now.

And the health care is dead, and the polls for the Michigan governors race is somehow relevant. Your credibility is not there...

Bribery isn't legal, coercion isn't legal, unequal application(Unions, Nebraska, Louisiana) are not legal under the constitution, reconcilliation was less than ethcial in a non budget bill, there were threats issued and other tactics, strongarming, etc.
Let's not pretend this was all done correctly.
And that's not even to factor in the ninth and tenth amendments were disregarded.
Neither side in an argument can find the truth when both make an absolute claim on it.

    LOL!

    what an oddly backward perspective

the polls were spot on in the old dominion, garden and jersey states

the polls have the party in power DOWN by from TEN to TWENTY points in just about every key battleground in the nation

it really has nothing to do with ME, tho i'm flattered by your attention

but i suspect it might have a little something to do with the ONLY issue ANYONE in this adminstration has been talking about for MONTHS

why did obama go to iowa city today to SELL health care?

    LOL!

doesn't he think people LIKE it?

    LOLOL!

Apparently that taught you how to duck 90% of a post.

This is precisely why every single congresscritter has multiple aides from a variety of professional backgrounds whose role is to provide guidance on legislation. It is physically impossible for an elected official to read every single page of every single page of legislation that he/she votes on.
Of course this is a completely false statement. Of course they could read it. They choose not to.

Are you really going to sit there and claim its ok to change 1/6th of the economy with a bill numbering in the thousands of pages and giving 3 days to read it? Seriously? You really think thats ok?

Personally, my field of expertise is in law enforcement and gangs. That's what I've provided guidance on. I've read countless pieces of legislation and provided summaries of them.
Yes yes. You have high levels of smartness. Please get to a point.

That's why these folks have staff...to do this work. When you vote for a congressman/woman, you are not only electing him, but his entire staff, all of whom will be working for you.
Almost 2000 pages in 3 days.

3 DAYS. Please don't be so dishonest that you can pretend it is even possible for a staff to read that many pages in 3 days and inform the congressman or woman voting on it.

I find your comments in this regards incredibly naive and lacking in any practical experience with this subject.
I find your narcissism and ignorance of the subject at hand incredibly sad. You refuse to even acknolwedge that the majority of people were against this or acknolwedge the sheer size and scope of what was being done, how many pages it contained and how little time there was to evaluate it.

But by all means, go ahead throwing **** and hoping some of it will stick. That's working out well for you so far.
Exposing your hypocrisy and ignorance of the facts doesn't take that much time. You make it easy.

Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

You can of course show solid evidence of illegal bribery. Remember, dealing is not bribery.

    coercion isn't legal,
Again, evdidence that the law was broken in relation to coercion.

unequal application(Unions, Nebraska, Louisiana) are not legal under the constitution,
And you can of course show that there is any chance of a successful challenge based on these.

reconcilliation was less than ethcial in a non budget bill,
Judgment call at best. If it is not allowed under the rules, you can of course prove it. If it is, you are just whining.

there were threats issued and other tactics, strongarming, etc.
Threats are not legal, so I am sure you can point to where law enforcement is investigating these allegations.

Let's not pretend this was all done correctly.
And that's not even to factor in the ninth and tenth amendments were disregarded.
The courts will determine whether this was constitutional. For the rest, you are making alot of unsupported allegations of illegal acts, none of which you are backing up. What it really looks like is some one who cannot accept that you did not get your way politically. I am sorry, Bush and the republican congress is gone, you had your chance. Now it's our turn. The people legally elected who they wanted to represent them in congress, and those people did what they said they would do. Don't like it, well boo hoo. Your crying is getting uninteresting.

You don't think TAKING words out OF context is DISHONEST?

The governors race in Michigan has exactly nothing to do with the health care bill in the US congress.
