My neighbor who prides himself at not completeing high school and not being able to read admitted that he saw Fox news and they motivated him to go out and join Tea PARTY PROTESTS. He cannot read so I beleive him.

You associated being illiterate and uneducated with being a supporter of a political position you do not agree with. It is the height of stupidity and ignorance.

That's where I disagree with you because according to the Bill of Rights, It's something that doesn't just apply to citizens and residents but all people.

For instance the Fifth Amendment says "NO PERSON shall be held to answer for any capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."

By saying that you're going against what this section says and you're agreeing with the horrible way Bush handled foreign policy like when he called for military trials of the 9/11 hijackers instead of civilian trials like they were intended to be.

You're right, There are many people within that group who have no idea what's going on but I wouldn't say that about everyone though. But I will say that I don't believe they're as patriotic as they're trying to make themselves out to be right now because if they were then they would have stood alongside with us when we were going against the bad things The Bush Administration did.

On a final note, I'ma agree with you on what you said at the end of this post because I do think Glenn Beck is out of hand with how he attacks The Obama Administration by refering to him as a Nazi and a Communist because he's doing it in a way as if he wants his listeners to use violence towards people in Congress and his Administration. He uses no logic whatsoever and everything is just a panic attack on how America is becoming like Mao's China (which is pretty laughable but can be dangerous in the wrong hands).

This section of the bill is the ONLY thing that's close to socialist policy. As a whole this legislation isn't a pathway towards socialism but imo is more of a move towards corporatism with the fact that it still favors the status quo and doesn't really do anything in terms of cost control.
