And no matter how many times you say this, correlation does not magically become causation.

The Aussies have obesity rates comparable to our own,
No, they don't. Their obesity rates are roughly half of ours. Obese =/= overweight.

    Overweight and obesity in Australia

and have a vastly lower population density which leads to higher infrastructure costs. The Canadians are basically our dorkier cousins. The French smoke like chimneys. The Irish will drink you under the table. Yes, they're all different, but thousands of sets of data just can't be dismissed like that. Our health problems aren't unique.
    They're certainly not identical.
People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.

Lets look at Australia this way.

They have the highest rate of skin cancer, of course I could be completely intellectually dishonest and claim that is because of their UHC system.
Would that be fair, to make a comparison of the U.S. with Aus over skin cancer?
Of course not, because I know that their higher rates of skin cancer are not because of their UHC system but because of geography.

    What about culture?
Is it fair to compare two different countries that have entirely different group cultures?
I was discovering that life just simply isn't fair and bask in the unsung glory of knowing that each obstacle overcome along the way only adds to the satisfaction in the end. Nothing great, after all, was ever accomplished by anyone sulking in his or her misery.

Amnesty is next for the illegals, followed by quick citizenship so Democrats have the votes to counter any repeal of this legislation, and a Republican takeover this year.
