What was you first reaction upon seeing this headline?
My first thought was we have two choices here, one is it was done by some racist and was just a not so funny prank done by someone having a private laugh.
Thought number two, was that if any law suit comes up saying something Walmart didn't take the proper measures to insure that this kind of thing can't happen, it was done by either the black person filing the suit or someone connected to the suit in an attempt to get rich quick.
I would say we should know pretty quickly if this is the case.
It also could have been a disgruntled former employee or customer.
I never heard of a Bias Crime.
I think it's really stupid to blame the Store for an act that may have been nothing more than some redneck having fun.
Having a boycott is a racist act un light of not knowing the who, and why of this.

"All Black People" Asked to Leave S. Jersey Wal-Mart | NBC Philadelphia
Store is looking at security video to figure out who made the announcement
Wal-Mart officials are looking at security tapes after an announcement was made for "all black people'' to leave a store in South Jersey.
A man used the public-address system at the Route 42 store in Washington Township Sunday night and calmly announced: "Attention Wal-Mart customers: All black people leave the store now.''
Patricia Covington and Shelia Ellington were inside the store when it happened and told the Courier Post that customers and store employees looked stuneed when they heard it.
"In 2010, I want to know why such statements are being made because it flies in the face of what we teach them [our kids] at home, and that's tolerance for people," said Ellington.
