But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear"

Now hit us all with your latest arrangement of the words 'liberty' 'freedom' 'statist' and/or 'authoritarian'. I'm sure you already have one.
Well RightinNYC showed that it's the law in NY that possession of the gun in and of itself is a felony. So I guess that's you getting served. I'm sure you'll have ample opportunity in the future to profess your anti-libertarian anger and make statements which you can't back up and are shown wrong on again. I think that lil Wayne, if he wasn’t so prominent would have been able to get that knocked down to something like a seat-belt violation (don’t ask how I know) if he had a decent attorney.
The haggardness of poverty is everywhere seen contrasted with the sleekness of wealth, the exhorted labor of some compensating for the idleness of others, wretched hovels by the side of stately colonnades, the rags of indigence blended with the ensigns of opulence; in a word, the most useless profusion in the midst of the most urgent wants.Jean-Baptiste Say

NYC is pretty serious about this stuff though. I think Plaxico Burress is doing 2 years for shooting himself in the leg.

Possession of a firearm itself is not illegal. Possession of a loaded firearm is. But don't let the facts stop you. The fact that he has so many prior convictions is just adding to it. But please tell us all how you plan on calling sending a famous criminal to jail is a bad thing. And which statements haven't I been able to back up? I'd like to see them.

Whenever you go off on your anti-libertarian tangents which add nothing to the topic. But as I said, I'm sure you'll do it again. So don't sweat it. Some people are just angry.

And besides, he had a loaded gun on his bus; his bus. Less he was threatening others with it, I see no problem. And he may be a famous "criminal" because ooooo he had drug convictions, scary. But there are far worse people out there than Lil' Wayne. Just having the gun shouldn't make one a felon. But don't let that stop your hyperbole and anti-libertarian angst.

Aye, it's best to stay away from places so unreasonable like that.

And so you can't back up your own assertion? Oh okay. Well, I guess I'm not so wrong about libertarians. Why don't you go grab a thesaurus and tell us all how many synonyms the word liberty has?

And besides, he had a loaded gun on his bus; his bus.
    Irrelevant.

Less he was threatening others with it, I see no problem.
Well of course you wouldn't see a problem with a criminal who has a huge wrap sheet having a loaded gun. It is the reason real people exist in the real world and Libertarians only exist on the internet.

And he may be a famous "criminal" because ooooo he had drug convictions, scary. But there are far worse people out there than Lil' Wayne.
Great. When they are found with a loaded gun on them when they shouldn't have one, they can go to jail too.

Just having the gun shouldn't make one a felon. But don't let that stop your hyperbole and anti-libertarian angst.
    Still waiting for this :

make statements which you can't back up and are shown wrong on again.
But I suppose you won't bring them up just tell us all how you feel about things you dislike.
