Detroit looks at downsizing to save city

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1hhJ_49leBw"]YouTube- Detroit in RUINS! (Crowder goes Ghetto)[/ame]

pretty good breakdown on Detroit.

This city is a good candidate for a clear it completely out and let firefighters, cops, and the military use it for real world exercises.

Detroit, Camden & Trenton, yes.....
I have extensive knowledge of Camden & Trenton, Deeeetroit, not so much...;)

really? Tell me about it. Does it consist more of a white boy fear mongering from the outside, afraid of the dark skinned man?

Please do tell me. I bet your extensive knowlegde has more to do with gawking from the turnpike and 295 than it does actual knowledge.

I worked on the ground up building of three state projects in Trenton '86-'87....;)
The DEP bldg on W State st, GOB (S Broad), & the Department of Commerce, E State st.....
My parents grew up in the 'Burg, I know Mercer Co. very well....;)
Camden is a ****hole regardless of the Aqurium & Tweetew Center, you just can't polish a turd no matter how hard you try.....
Cherry Hill isn't far at all, I wonder why it isn't a ****hole?...

Cherry hill has money.

That begs the question: Why does it have money?......
More importantly, why can't all of the poor people from Camden go work there?....

yeah, playing coy games with you is not interesting.

At least have the balls of your convictions and state clearly what you believe..

I can't even do that in the basement.......

But, hey....
Facts are facts, Camden is less than 10 miles from Cherry Hill & it might as well be on another planet, and it is my assertion that the problem lies with the shiftless populace, not the lack of opportunity.....
With Philly right across the river, & Cherry Hill that close there is no excuse for the plight of Camden other than it's populace.....

Detroit is the prime example of what unions and government will do to your city if you rely on them.
