So you're saying that you wanted to be loyal to the country that you were living in and the country that your parents and teachers were loyal to?
If you expect people to be rational, you aren't being rational.

Where's the "freedom" in coercing children into invoking a deity they or their parents may not recognise.
    Don't work out, work in.

I was 7 years old.......I was taught what the pledge meant and why it was said every day.....It had nothing to do with politics.........Even at 7 I believed I was fortunate to live in the greatest country in the world........I appreciate that and always have..

Since my childhood I have traveled the world and visited over 100 countries and have yet to find one close to the USA........

Upu probably don't understand that and sadly never will...........

I myself am not saying a kid has to say the pledge I just say be respectful to the people that are saying it.........

I go to a football game and they play the National anthem and I see people not paying attention and shooting the ****......This kind of thing bothers me......

It's a reference to the God who's authority, when followed, keeps you out of a burka.

God does not require your tribute to bless you, which ironically makes God all that much more deserving, and so no part of anything I post can be accurately read to mean anyone should be forced to recite "under God" or similar.

Kinda like the school respected the kid who didn't want to say it?
He touched her over her bra and underpants, she says, and guided her hand to touch him over his underwear
