What I'm interested in is finding out if those who think that some women should accept some sort of responsibility for being raped would also be willing to give lighter sentences to the rapists. Now that would be a lot more scary.
Too bad they didn't give the actual wording in the survey's questions. That might have shed some light on these results.
"Yes, but are you a Protestant atheist or a Catholic atheist?".- Northern Irish joke
If you provoke it, and you get attacked, yes, it's your ****ing fault.
You don't put your fingers in the fence, non of that.
It may not be 100% your fault, but you should have realized the danger and known better. Sometimes you just get attacked and there's nothing you can do, but there's also assholes who poke injured dogs with a stick.

If a broad willingly gets into bed with a guy, it can't really be rape. If some drunk college freshmen goes home with the school's quarterback and the next day complains that she didn't really want to do it the third time, it's hard to call it rape.
Then again, the Left says that when Clinton latched his teeth onto Juanita Broaderick's lip and forced her to have sex with him, that wasn't rape, it was her fault for going into a strange man's room alone.
But actually, that was rape.
I didn't realize you thought so low of your own gender, Jerry. Pretty sad to say the least.

Either that or maybe women should wear burquas. You know, to keep from provoking the helpless men around them.
It was the Austrasians, that hewed on bravely through the thick of the fight, it was they who found and cut down the Saracen King.
