It's a matter of understanding the chain of responsibility and WHO at WHAT level can effectively prevent individual action. What you are saying is that Obama found out about MAJ Hassan and said, "oh well, this guy sounds like he's not crazy, so let him be". We of course know that it didn't happen that way. What we do know is that MAJ Hassan's behavior was noticed and reported and nothing was done. THAT is the fault of his immediate supervisors.

Its true I have never fought terrorist but I can tell you after 9/11/01 I would have volunteered in a New York Heart beat to go back on active duty...I wanted to do something to help my country......Unfortunately I am way to old and the only thing I could do is help my country financially.......

You and Obama are so politically correct and its killing us........

It was domestic terrorism, not foreign terrorism. There is a fundamental difference when one of our own is attacking, versus an outsider.

I am the anti-PC at work, believe that. I don't give a **** about hurting anyone's feelings if they **** up. I call a spade a spade. Proof by soldiers telling IG on me when they get evaluations that they don't like. That's to funny.

Please post some evidence pointing to President Obama making the statement contributing to the incident or any repercussions?

Much like NP, you fail to recognize the PC problem in the military is decades old. Not new. But you wouldn't know that.

Hasan became radicalized while Bush was President. I don't blame Bush. I don't blame Obama. I blame his cowardly chain of command that should have showed him the door five years ago.

I am sick of beating this dead horse with people who won't listen. Why won't you just tap out on this one? You're beat, son.

I won't bother addressing your personal attacks...I will say that Obama is so afraid too offend any of the Arabs in the mid east that he has the audacity to say this is not a judeo/christian country and is afraid to identify attacks on this country as to what they are and Liberals like you eat it up,,,Its hard to fight a war on terror when lefties refuse to admit we are in one..........

It's called being a statesmen. I may not agree with him on much of anything, but insulting every Arab, for the actions of a minority would not be wise or productive.

Our country is not a Judeo/Christian nation. We are a secular nation with a Christian majority. We have been since our inception.

I am not a liberal, I am a moderate conservative and a member of the Constitution party. Get it right next time.

He was a US soldier and US citizen. Regardless of what organizations he had ties with, he belonged to the United States. That makes him a domestic terrorist, and that is no small detail.
