Putting her on restriction was clearly not enough. It's obvious between the g and h in the alphabet she couldn't recite...that there was secret info on training camps and networks of murdering religious fanatics. Threatened with having no iPhone upon growing up, she started to crack but....only got to the f in the alphabet.

The difference is that KSM was an innocent Mosque assessment engineer who was praying for peace when Pakistan troops burst down his door and sold him to Americans for drug money. Whereupon the monster Bush threw him into a hole and stole his human rights.

This...girl...is clearly a traitor and a terrorist. The difference, Hatuey, is that most people don't care about this lil 4 year old Benedict Arnold. Your fears and sympathy in the correct place here, your query "which is what" quite sound
So then it is not torture? Got it. At least you are consistent.

    No, it's child abuse.

So then when it is done to adults it is assault and thus illegal?

I think anyone ever said that this wasn't illegal. Only that, "...for 8 years we were constantly told that waterboarding was not torture.", didn't cause this.

Was torture for her. She's 4.

For a cutthroat terrorist, no so much. That difference so glaring.
It was the Austrasians, that hewed on bravely through the thick of the fight, it was they who found and cut down the Saracen King.

**** like this comes out of the woodwork when you have our venerable leaders condoning setups that create easy fallbacks when people want to get overzealous. (Legal water-boarding) I don't see how anyone could torture their worst enemy let alone their own kin.

I could torture my worst enemy very easily.

You have to have a license to catch a fish, but anyone can be a parent. Disgusting.

The legality of waterboarding has depended on the claim that since it is not torture, then it is not only legal but allowable. If it is legal & allowable to waterboard somebody because it is not torture then I really do not see a problem with this at all. It is corporal punishment 21st century style.

Ah so torture is now subjective? Well since it is subjective then I do not consider this torture.
