I agree with all those actions. It's the invasion of another country that has not attacked us or is not a threat that I have a problem with.

Dont we all. It isnt the war that lingers...it is the lousy post war job.

If they were smart they WOULD have given the Iraqi people a timetable...say...2 years...and if they wanted the place to erupt into a fireball...thats on them. They should have given them a timeframe to have their police and military in place...same in Afghanistan.

You will never hear me blanket defend Bush or anyone...I have seen what Husseins troops did in the first gulf war. Ive seen what they have done to their own people. I think it was the right thing to do. But no way should we still be there.

He DID invade Serbia. He DID justify his attacks based on WMDs. And YOU just made my point. Its not about right or wrong with people like you...its this idiotic political ideology that you think you have a firm grasp on.

    I knew you would.

What was his rational for declaring war on a sovereign nation?

Dont bother...I'll save you the quick trip to Wikipedia. Genocide.

You endorse war in the name of genocide because Clinton was the one doing it. But it was wrong to go to war against Iraq in the name of genocide. Shocking. well...not really.

At least people like Susan Sarandon are consistently anti-war. I can respect that. You sell out your allegiance based on your personal political ideology.

Do you know what the word "invasion" means?
Military attacks are not an invasion.
    Airstrikes are not an invasion

Your genius is astounding. No, he fired missiles instead, and accomplished nothing. But his words in his speech is what matter, but you will ignore them to suit your bias.

You don't seem to know the definition of invasion either.
How many US soldiers were killed during the invasion of Serbia?

Yep...it means whatever is conveeeeenient for your argument.

We went to WAR. In order to go to war you actually have to attack and often...'invade'.

Yes...we 'invaded' Iraq to accomplish regime change...the same goal Clinton stated except he was completely ineffective for 8 years. We ousted a brutal dictator that had no problem using his mythical WMDs against iranian troops and citizens in his own country (Halabja for example). We ousted him and en sured his sons would not continue the genocide thatw as occuring.

I REALLY dont mind if you think it was wrong to go to war. But you are a 'conditional' right and wrong kind of person...your version of right depends on if there is an elephant or an ass sitting in the white house.
