When one parent has sole custody it does not relieve the non custodial parent of his financial obligation nor abridge his rights to visitation....That is the right-wing opinion... but not an accurate legal assessment of the situation.
Aslo ... it's also partially an adhom attack.
Only a court order can do that.....
I don't see how this is a right/left opinion, it has a basis in law....
As far as the ad hom attack, maybe, but you brought it first....

Ha! Child support! Gurl should hit the nearest Alaskan National Guard post fer a camp follower application. *winks*
"He who does not think himself worth saving from poverty and ignorance by his own efforts, will hardly be thought worth the efforts of anybody else." -- Frederick Douglass, Self-Made Men (1872)
Bristol Palin is partially responsible for the child. Levi has a given right to see his child. Bristol Palin can get with the program and cease her behavior or she can pay the price.
If I were Levi's lawyer, I would be suing over her repeated failures to allow him to spend time with his son. Also, I would get a court order that requires visitation. The first time it gets broken FOR ANY REASON; Bristol goes to jail.
If Sarah Palin gets involved and is responsible even for suggesting a breach of the order, she too can spend time in jail.
Since Levi isn't allowed to see his son and has to take the matter to court, I would say the Palins are not entitled to support.
It's a two way street.
