McCain is an imbecile and he needs to banned from politics.

And with all the crap that has been thrown around regarding the campaign, I would've thought they'd part....but apparently not.
Their underlings apparently had a lot of issues with each other, but it seems that the principles did not. I find this sort of personal loyalty refreshing, even touching, though I'm not really a McCain fan.

As for his age, people wanted Franklin to run for president in his 80's. I prefer that elder statesmen be elderly.

I don't agree with McCain on everything, but I believe his has honor and decency, and votes what he believes is right. I didn't agree with campaign finance, but I think he was trying to do the right thing.

Of course she's an asset. Look around, who else so excites the Republican Base? That said, we need more of the same, but she is obviously an asset. Were she not, she would garner no where near her current level of attention.

McCain is a veteran politician, and he wouldn't mess with her if she was a drag.

I wonder how much she's charging him in "speaking fees?"

Is that a problem, if she is?

I think Palin probably helps a little in Arizona. I'm sure McCain's staff has done some polling and found out what helps or hurts him. If he were a Republican Senator in the North East or even Mid-Atlantic I think he'd be running away from her. But Arizona...? Nah.

I agree, but the Republican base is too small now and way too polarized. In order to win elections Republicans need to appeal to the more moderate independents. (Like in MA just now)
