    No, it isn't clear.

You say its not just Islamic terrorists but Muslims who are not terrorists or linking in any way to Islamic terrorist organizations.

That doesn't make any sense. You are claiming its its not just Islamic terrorists but regular Muslims as well?

It makes perfect sense to those that follow these matters on a regular basis and know something about Islam.

And the answer to your question is yes. Devout Muslims believe it is a sin to depict Allah in drawings or images. Or even name a teddy bear Mohammad like the British school teacher that was arrested in Sudan for allowing her students to do that found out. There is a certain slice of the Muslim population that will not only take offense at such actions, but act out in violence against those that they see as defaming and insulting Islam.

And hence that is why Islam and Muslim will always be consider a religion and group of hate and intolerance till they decide to get over this one thing then they aren't part of the human race.

And then you have the christian version of that. Scorpian, every group has its own extremists, and every group has its moderates. I know a lot of very ncie muslims, who think the Al-Qaeda are just plain crazy. You cannot generalize any group, under any circumstances.

The fact that the Somali idiot involved did not die is actually a good thing.

The last thing we need is to make his stupid as a martyr.

A message needs to be sent to those who are responsible for the bounty; call it off or pay the price.

We need more of those cartoons to be released because we need to make sure the scumbags in question know that threats, attacks, or any other type of islam-o-nazi bull**** will not stop free expression.

I already do know quite a bit about Islam and its history. .

And the answer to your question is yes. Devout Muslims believe it is a sin to depict Allah in drawings or images. Or even name a teddy bear Mohammad like the British school teacher that was arrested in Sudan for allowing her students to do that found out. Yet Jesus has been shown in excrement, the Virgin Mary as a whore and countless other examples of anti Christian depiction in what some claim is "art" yet there isn't a single incident that comes even close to the scale of attacks by a single string of cartoons about Mohammad.. If you truly understood Islam you would understand that it is the religion that calls upon Muslims to act out in violence to a perceived threat by "unbelievers".

Mohammad himself as he was dying claimed anyone who entered the city of Constantinople and captured it in the name of Islam would see him in heaven. He began his religion by attacking a Jewish tribe for not converting. He attacked caravans for supplies to continue his war of conversion. For its first 400 years Islam attacked and conquered Iran, Iraq, Constantinople, Egypt and Saudi Arabia and into Southern Spain long before the first Crusade. Fundamentalist Muslims are simply following the teachings in the Qur'an.

Now if you agree with that then your statement does make sense but when you responded you seemed to me to be arguing against what I was saying. If you were not, I apologize.

The worst mistake you can make is trying to equate the two religions. The scale of attacks isn't even close to comparable.

I'm sorry, but modern standards does not determine what is human and isn't human.

The immorality of the late Carthaginians and their perpetual practice of infanticide does not remove them from the category. Same goes for Hitler, the KKK, al-Qa'ida, and the wackos in Prisons and Jails.
"I do not underestimate the ability of fanatical groups of terrorists to kill and destroy, but they do not threaten the life of the nation. Whether we would survive Hitler hung in the balance, but there is no doubt that we shall survive al-Qa'ida." -- Lord Hoffmann
